Happy in Kaitaia

The units were clean and tidy, and the gardens were well maintained. There was a spa and pool but we didn't venture in that direction. Welcoming hosts, great to have a room with three separate beds as we were three single ladies travelling together.

The TV was small for the size of the room, and a long way away from the sofa. The neighbouring units are very close together.

Welcoming staff both on arrival and when leaving. Lovely decor, bright and fresh while still soft and inviting. Bedside lighting a great choice.

The standup fan is a great addition but in the future would be nice to see heat pump or some sort of air-conditioning

The pool was milky and not clear we did not go for a swim because of this. We had been travelling on a hot day all day and were looking forward to a swim but the pool was not up to standard and we could not gain entry through the gate either.

The facilities in this hotel were poor. The shower head didn’t work properly when we arrived. This was replaced by staff. The beds were lumpy. The kitchen was under stocked. (Matching wine glasses would have been nice). The fridge smelled.

Amazing customer service, very polite and welcoming. Spa is clean and functions amazing. It has every kitchen equipment that you need. Beds are very comfortable very clean good size rooms. Wifi is good, TV has chromecast to watch any apps on your phone which is handy for kids. I would 100 percent recommend to stay here! Central to everything. Thank you for the amazing experience and hospitality we will definitely be back for sure.

Handy, but quiet location, lovely hosts and cleaner than ever. Great place to stay

Very clean and tidy. While we didn’t use pool and spa, it looked really lovely and we will be back in summer to use. Bonus was sky sport, we didn’t realise units had sky. Kenny and Karen the hosts are so happy, obliging and friendly.

Loved location as it was central to bigger shops whilst also being walking distance to main shops The staff were exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and friendly.

Mainly structural, shower head in room was a bit tricky. Maybe a way to fix condensation build up as bathroom and bedroom window were left moist most of the day

Not a enjoyable stay

The room had a awful smell of sweat or other bodily fluids and even with the airfreshener the smell kept coming back.. The carpet had many different stains, one of which on the right hand side of the bed looked like blood The TV when watching the sky channels seemed to lose signal frequently so was hard to watch the film. The only other issue I had was noisy neighbors who had children running around screaming and crying at bed time

The hot tub and pool were great and the staff were very welcoming.

The room smelt damp and when I moved the couch, it had not been vacuumed under neath. Also it wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. We also found tongs in the fold out couch.

Comfortable 2 night stay

Very comfortable place to stay in kaitaia. Myself and my partner enjoyed the 2 nights we spent at Loredo motel. We're looking forward to our next visit already. Thank you for the lovely hospitality me and my partner loved our room which was clean and tidy with all the privacy we needed. Thanks again
