Enjoyed pool. Even went in myself

Clean Easy to find Supermarket nearby pool great plenty of parking. Catering for travellers for short stays doing this well.

When we came to cook a meal we had to pool cutlery from second room to have enough, but not really a problem. Most people dont cook much these days.

We managed to had a shower :-), but: - The shower rose is too low for tall people (my partner heigh is 183cm) - Water pressure in the shower was not strong enough. - and need exhauses fan in the bathroom

Happy in Kaitaia

The units were clean and tidy, and the gardens were well maintained. There was a spa and pool but we didn't venture in that direction. Welcoming hosts, great to have a room with three separate beds as we were three single ladies travelling together.

The TV was small for the size of the room, and a long way away from the sofa. The neighbouring units are very close together.

Welcoming staff both on arrival and when leaving. Lovely decor, bright and fresh while still soft and inviting. Bedside lighting a great choice.

The standup fan is a great addition but in the future would be nice to see heat pump or some sort of air-conditioning

The pool was milky and not clear we did not go for a swim because of this. We had been travelling on a hot day all day and were looking forward to a swim but the pool was not up to standard and we could not gain entry through the gate either.

The facilities in this hotel were poor. The shower head didn’t work properly when we arrived. This was replaced by staff. The beds were lumpy. The kitchen was under stocked. (Matching wine glasses would have been nice). The fridge smelled.

Amazing customer service, very polite and welcoming. Spa is clean and functions amazing. It has every kitchen equipment that you need. Beds are very comfortable very clean good size rooms. Wifi is good, TV has chromecast to watch any apps on your phone which is handy for kids. I would 100 percent recommend to stay here! Central to everything. Thank you for the amazing experience and hospitality we will definitely be back for sure.
