From the lobby through the lifts , through the corridor, it all smells cigarette smoke. I could hardly sleep with the smell in my nose The toilet was not clean, with faece stains.. The mattress had very visible dirty stains.

Non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke for both of the rooms we used. Staff were not overly friendly. The mattress was not a proper mattress but was just a foam topper type thing. The area we were in was not a nice area at all and was very worrying.

Rooms are good. But quite small

The hotel did not meet my expectations.

There were no water or tea-making facilities in the room. To get hot water, I had to go down to the reception each time. Even then, the staff were reluctant to provide more than two cups, stating they couldn’t offer more than two paper cups. As a result, I had to reuse the same cups and make multiple trips to the reception just to get hot water.

On arrival they demanded to pay city tax and we paid €33euros to get into the room we already paid through Booking. com

Disappointed. We did not sleep in the facility. We had to look for a different place to stay.

The pictures shown on the website is totally different from what is on the ground. The rooms are not well maintained. They are old with weird smell. The rooms are not clean either. The carpets are dirty, the corridor carpers are dirty and worn out. Bad bad!

They need to refurbish the whole building. The facility is not well maintained as the rooms are old. They need to replace the bedsheets and get better beds.

We chose the hotel because there were a parking area for customer (although the fence will never been closed) and this hotel is close to the CDG airport for afternoon flight.

Amazing breakfast and reasonably priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and cancellation policy was a plus point for sure.

The toilets could have been cleaner and brighter. The smell could have been fresher.

Was there for the champions leagie final. Couldn't check in till later in the evening. So had to leave my bags and go the stadium. Didn't check in till 00:50 (couldn't find my bags for nearly 10 minutes) and checked out at 02:00 to get my taxi to the airport. I had my 10 year old autistic son with ne who wanted a sleep in the room before the game. Basically paid £80 for a bag drop.
