The staff was lovely

I book the hotel for my friend who extremely sick. The first night was OK. I had to book few more days for his stay due to his health condition. There was no space available anymore on the website booking.com. So I went directly to the reception. Jordy and Beatrice were lovely and amazing. Though there was no space available anymore at the hotel for a double room, they managed to find the right combo for my friend. During his entire stay, they were extremely lovely and supporting. I am extremely grateful

Great stay and staff just a shame you cannot close the toilet door

Staff was amazing and friendly! Room was clean and the lady who cleaned our room was also brilliant and friendly! (NOT THE LADY WITH GLASSES AS SHE WAS RUDE)

Bathroom door doesn't close so no privacy. Asked the cleaning lady with ponytail and glasses of which she just said 'it does not close' and walked away.

Nice and clean hotel, almost perfect for staying in Paris if you don't mind walking to the train.

Professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, everything was perfect and I'm sorry I didn't book this hotel for the whole duration of our stay in Paris... Would repeat it on first possible ocassion.

There was a small catch - you don't see info about obligatory 100€ deposit for check in; it is not mentioned during booking process and is only written in small print at the very end of booking confirmation (and who reads small print?). Hereby I'd like to apologise once again for my harsh words to concierge who welcomed us and was more than professional and polite - it was 1 AM, we were drop dead tired after traveling, and this info blew my lid. This negative feeling was quickly ironed out by his patience and our meeting with the room itself. Another positive thing is that deposit was returned to my card the same afternoon after checkout. Small drawback is also hotel's position - it is a bit out of city and it takes almost 20 minutes walk to the nearest RER station. It should change once new metro line is introduced, in a couple of years.

I got charged 96 € after the departure. We payed everything before departure even the taxes so I don’t know why they did that and it’s for me is a very bad.

Able to leave bags before check in time. Coffee machine. Common area for takeout meals and social gatherings. Close to Air and Space Museum and market.

Super place to stay for short stays

It's quite close to the Rer B to get to CDG which is predominantly why I picked it in case there problems with the trains. Staff were awesome. Place is super clean and reaaaaallly good for value.

Well it took a bit to check in and a wait even though I put my arrival time. Not a big issue but. Also... Well I'm backpacking with a big bag and walking from the gare de Bourget to here was a bit tiring about 15min. I'd also say there isn't much sightseeing to do in the area

Good for a few days in Paris

Clean room , super friendly lady at the reception , good Wifi , price performance is perfect, 15 min to the next train station, 15 min by car to the airport, comfy rooms, There are cheap shopping opportunities compared to the city center , food and coffee shops are less than half of price there

Tiny room , tiny bathroom , it was clean but imagine being there with 2 big suitcases would be a challenge, no towel for the hands

It was with a cheap parking spot, which was good since we traveled with our car.

The staff was very rude. Dont come here if you dont have a VISA or Mastercard. They will not give you a room. We were put in a really difficult situation because of this. (mind you, we were travelling with our 2 year-old)

Location undergoing lots of (needed) renovation, and a little remote. Not a great choice of places to eat around the hotel.

the bed was ok

There wasn’t really any sound isolation, the area didn’t seem safe, especially for a young girl + commuting from this area isn’t very comfortable unless ur using a taxi. My biggest problem is with the 100€ deposit, before paying it I asked specifically if it would be in my account the moment I check out, not “cancelled”, “sent”, but IN my account, I clarified that like 3 times and the man in the reception assured that it would be, because as a student I needed that money the next day, I was spending only a day in paris before my international flight so I wasn’t planning to spend 100€ extra on a hotel room. It’s been more than a week and the deposit still has not been returned. And I do understand the concept of a deposit but at least be honest about when I’m going to have it back.

Nice staff

Although during the stay que room was cleaned everyday and the staff very nice, the day we arrived they gave us the key without the room being prepared so when we walked in it was not the best first impression. After that all went very well. 4*
