We understand and appreciate the importance of sustainability and water-saving efforts, but during our stay, the water pressure was so low that it was barely possible to take a proper shower. This was a consistent issue throughout our stay, and it made basic hygiene frustrating and inconvenient after a long day of being out. The room itself was extremely stuffy, and the air conditioning unit was not working at all, which made the environment quite uncomfortable, especially at night. We tried opening the windows, but that did little to help with the air circulation or the persistent bad smell in the room. There was a strange, unpleasant odor from the moment we arrived, and it lingered throughout the entire stay, making it hard to feel relaxed. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were visibly dustyupon arrival. We would expect basic cleanliness to be a given, but this gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned or prepared before our check-in. Breakfast, although included and paid for, was another letdown, did not look anything like in the pictures. For all three mornings, we were served the exact same selection: eggs, croissant, a pain au chocolat, cereal, and some drinks. There was absolutely no variety or change, and the options felt very limited considering we were staying multiple nights. Even a small rotation or an additional item or two would have made a big difference. Overall, we were really hoping for at least a comfortable and clean place to rest, but unfortunately, our experience fell short in several key areas.

The room had a bad smell and it looked like there was blood on the floor. The location was a little sketchy as well.

The location isn't great to say the least. Shady place with strange and noisy guests.

There were bed bugs in room. Most of my family is suffering from bug bites and had to visit doctor immediately on returning home.
