B&B HOTEL Paris Le Bourget

Very small but felt safe.

Transport to my Olympic venues was easy. It was probably relatively cheap for accommodation during the Olympics.

-Unkind staff -Low quality breakfast -Mart around the hotel, very few restaurants. And nothing special -Looks very old facilities for everything I don't understand why the review of this hotel is like this. Never visit again

The lady staff that welcomed us to the hotel on our arrival was very polite and professional , can’t be said for the gentleman(not so much of a gentleman) that was working on our second night. We arrived back from the town and reported again that unfortunately my roommate couldn’t sleep due to the room being so close to the main road. We asked if we could swap rooms and he point blank said a very sharp “NO!” , then during our conversation he was dismissive and said “ well you could sleep last night but this one you can’t ?”. We literally disengaged in the conversation , asked for some towels and as we’re walking to the stairs I could hear him commenting on French a very negative remark about us ! Didn’t had the decency nor professionalism to allow the clients to leave the site to be so unreasonable! I’ve commented so he could hear that I understand French as well in French ! I will NOT recommend this hotel because of this gent attitude , lack of professionalism and decorum ! If a client complaints about noise and you have available rooms you should solve the situation not leaving for next day nor even being unprofessional! I’ve worked in hospitality since my teen years and not once I treated a client like this “gent “ did !

A cost effective hotel, convenient for the Parc des Exhibition just 25 minutes on the RER, and Charles de Gaulle airport. Paris centre is inly 20 minutes by RER. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and only 10.95€. Free secure parking was also very useful. The local area is untidy and run-down. But there is a large supermarket, Mc Donalds and other restaurants only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend the Grill Istanbul restaurant for a cheap good quality meal. In summary, this is a great hotel if you are travelling for business and need parking near Paris.

The hotel was over priced but that was due to the champions League final. Room was basic but clean.

Room was clean but very basic despite £100 per night, although it might be general downfall of Paris. Room had no tea or coffee facilities, no hair dryer. In terms of toiletries only a big refillable tube of shampoo/body wash in the shower , i.e. nothing at the sink. Positioning of towel hooks is questionable - right above the toilet roll. Sound insulation is pretty good with the windows closed, but is too noisy with windows open - a large road nearby. Visited at the beginning of May but aircon was still in winter mode (i.e. on heating mode), although it was switched to cooling (it is a setting for the whole building) after I've asked. Selected the hotel for the location, i.e. proximity to RER B station (~10mins walk), which has Gare du Nord to the south and CDG airport and Parc of Expositions to the north. Not much to see in the immediate area. Breakfast is pretty basic - I wouldn't have the cooked eggs/bacon/sausage again, but there was enough not to go hungry. Youghurts were nice, there was some juice / coffee / hot chocolate, croissants / pain au chocolat / madeleines.

Excellent stay. Rooms clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Secure free parking and a short walk to the RER station and a short train trip to central Paris for only 2€.

I slept in the room with two single beds and a double bed. Although it was a family room for a family, I was alone (it was the only available). The room was big enough but almost empty. Apart from the beds there was only a small table and only one chair. In the bathroom, the “shower” consisted of a tap and a curtain, so that the floor of the "shower" was actually the same floor as the rest of the bathroom, so, despite the curtain, the floor of the rest of the bathroom also got wet. Despite having the heating on all night, I was very cold In addition, there was no heating in the bathroom

Near Bourget Gare. Good breakfast. Wi-Fi needs to be connect again and again. There is a Chinese restaurant, a Poulet/Chicken restaurant and Mc Donalds just next to the hotel. Surrounding of the hotel is not very clean

Basic but clean and tidy. Could have done with an extra pillow.

English speaking Staff were amazing very helpful and happy to assist. Room very clean and spacious. Very good Parking - Safe locked compound. Didnnot have Breakfast but McDonald’s and metro was close enough by to get around:

Good clean budget hotel near the train into Paris with free parking. Very friendly helpful staff and the hotel as a good cheap buffet breakfast well worth the extra.

There was safe car park when we arrived, staff were helpful, when we went to beds they were a bit small as they were splitted and not very satisfied, Breakfast was okay some croissants, jams cheese etc. it was good for the price and location. 45mins to Eiffel via car due traffic conditions.

No English speaker during the check in - rude staff.

The Receptionist at the Check In (Ms. Luz or Ms. Luiz) could not speak in english and actually she was really rude during the check in, saying we had to speak in french if we wanted to speak with her. Really not professional and not conform to the B&B standards. The first night (12/03 room nb. 207) my bed was not clean - there were hairs into my bed.

I’m really glad you asked, because I was going to send you a message as soon as I got back from our trip. This hotel was was disappointing. Pictures did not match hotels pictures online at all. It was full of false advertisement. When they say the property has a view of the Effie tower. Don’t be fooled it’s juat a painting in the room behind the bed. When we received our rooms they were smaller than expected. Barely space to walk. Not even space for our clothes to be put away. They had to stay in our luggage for our entire stay. When we spoke to front desk for help she would brushed us off and told us that she couldn’t speak English. When we asked for extra pillows because there was only 2 in each room we were told it was two pillows only per room. For the first 3 nights!!!! I’m sorry but this is not what I’m use to. There was No blow Dyer, no shampoo, no conditioner not even soap to wash our hands, our shower head was broken and spraying water over the shower curtain onto to the walls of our bathroom. Very disappointing. Our Window view has entire side of the asian buffet. You can smell the food so window can not be opened but also because people can see Inside your room. Very uncomfortable and inconsiderate. I will not be not be recommending this place to anyone. I was very embarrassed to say were I was staying. I wouldn’t look forward to coming back.

Close to the airport. Villepinte is a cute town that has a village feel. Great for an overnight before flying out!

We didn't have any issues but can see why people might want to avoid it. We paid around £40 a night which is a bargain for Paris and parking so no complaints there. Overall a great short stay if you are driving in to the city.
