Close and comfortable.

It was very close to Saint Denis and so we walked to the concert. The breakfast was lovely like usual in the B&B hotels.

Perfect!!!!!!

I loved everything! My bankcard got stolen the day before and they told me I don't need to worry which saved me!. The employes were awesome! They were so nice and completely compassionate about my situation. I loved IT! I highly recommend this hotel!

Decent stop for a long drive

Easy check-in and plenty of parking! There was more than enough parking space, including an underground car park. We were carrying an insulin pen, and the staff were happy to store it in their kitchen for us. They returned it safely when we checked out. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There are also vending machines available at reception.

On the day we visited, there seemed to be a separate event happening on the ground floor, with a large group of young people making a lot of noise and shouting. Hopefully, this isn’t a regular occurrence. We only stayed for one night, so we can't comment on other days. At night, there was also quite a bit of noise coming from outside through the window. One thing to note: the room did not have a kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities. This was mentioned on the booking page, so we were aware beforehand. However, it would be much more comfortable for future guests if they consider adding a kettle and some basic items for making tea or coffee in the room.

Value for money

The staff was amazing always ready to help you. Breakfast is paid for but is very good, it is worth it. The facilities are new and the rooms are very tidy and clean.

The location doesn't help. There is a tram close to the hotel but you are going to pay for it just for 3 stops (if you don't want to walk 25 min) and then you need to take a metro (very packed) to go to the town. The neighbourhood is not very good, we didn't see restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel.

We got an excellent price for RWC and it was very handy to Stade de France. Not really an area to holiday in - but a good experience

Nice place and our room was large and spacious.Each room has Chromecast you can watch Netflix on.

Location,not pleasant after dark for families and a trip to Paris during the day was hard work with the Tram and metro.Felt more like a hostel than a B&B,breakfast not up to much,only 3 hot things offered ,scrambled egg,streaky rashers and sausages maybe bolied but defo not fried.Absolutely nothing to do in the evenings nearby only watch TV.

Good value hotel for stays in Paris

Great value for money hotel. Feels safe, despite the area feeling a bit isolated. Rooms were clean, not noisy and AC worked great. Location is close to some restaurants and shops, as well as transit system. Staff were nice in general. There is a vending machine downstairs for snacks and drinks Bathroom had soap which was handy.

Great value for money, close to restaurants

Comfortable bed but on the tough side. A good sized room with a wide window. I loved the silence and could properly rest while there. Staff were very helpful. After certain hours, we are supposed to key in a code, but they were always there to help.

Some staff could be better at listening. I called to ask whether I could extend my stay by 2 days (as I could not do it online), but the lady was just rushing me to come downstairs and pay before midday. That played a great role in my non-extension. Other than this, staff were always great when spoken to in person.

Very basic breakfast, no lacto free option available for their guests ( no soya milk, eggs made from microwavable mix - also containing milk). When I took some apple juice to the bottle for my son one male Staff member took it away from me and pour it out to the sink and gave my the empty bottle back. Very rude!

This hotel was affordable for the time i was in Paris. And that was during the Paris Fashion week.

its an oke hotel for an budget hotel

The parking area could have been more ventilated during the summer days. Its humid and full of mosquitos. There was a long que upon arrival i had to wait for 30/40 min before i got checked in. This could have been solved if there was an extra person at the desk who could help out.
