The hotel was excellent - every aspect of our stay was perfect! Staff were amazing, the room, amenities breakfast were all great and conveniently right next to a metro stop. Will stay here again when next in Paris.

The hotel was lovely and clean. A room was spotless and offered great view of the centre and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were helpful and the location has easy access to metro, train and buses. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Paris.

Generally fine. Room was great and neighborhood was amazing. Unfortunately, I indicated a feather allergy before arrival and all pillows and comforter in room were down filled. Over our time there, we asked for them to be switched out 3 separate times (waiting for staff to finally be available at reception each time) and they were never switched out. Including three time when my wife was promised someone would be up "right away". The staff was obviously overworked and did not have time to even check people in at arrival.

I booked two rooms but only one was given at first, and the second room was delayed for almost two hours despite several follow-ups. Check-in took nearly an hour, and the staff didn’t properly explain or register the room cards. I also had to request an iron multiple times before receiving it. The lift was very slow, which caused inconvenience. Overall, service and guest management need improvement.

Absolutely terrible experience! The room was dirty and full of hair everywhere — clearly not cleaned properly. They didn’t vacuum for three days, even after we reminded them so many times. We asked them over and over to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, but they ignored us. No slippers provided, and when we tried to call reception, no one answered. Very poor service — definitely not worth the money. Never staying here again!

Breakfast was good too manu to choose.unfortunately our last night access card card cannot open our door multiple times went down still not working. It took sometimes to fixed it. Total stay was Perfect. Nice view

POSITIVE : good wardrobe and suitcase shelf, comfy beds. NEGATIVE : Two curtains and 1 blind broken! Great sunrise - shame about the dirty windows. Rubbish bin in bathroom wasn’t emptied from previous guests. Only 2 sugar sachets, 2 creamers for 2 people (surely we can get 2 hot drinks per stay?), €30 breakfast!!!! Really? Shower floor gets extremely wet due to shower curtain instead of cubicle. Mirror to see face enlarged - good for a dwarf - very low on main mirror. Bathroom door on a heavy hinge which shuts itself - most couples don’t need the privacy of a door, let alone a self-shutting heavy one! One chair for 2 guests. Beds by window great idea - but need clean windows to make them useful. So many negatives - we won’t be back.

Service was terrible, we left our rooms (2) around 9am when we came back around 12noon we waited until 5pm before they clean our rooms. One of the rooms the heating is not working staff only gave us a portable heater. Hotel doesn’t have a house keeping and or maintenance phone number to call. House keeping doesn’t give you complete toiletries after they clean up the rooms. We stayed for 6 nights and we will not go back to this hotel again. We thought Wyndham is a good hotel but not this one.

The hotel is lovely with excellent transport links into paris. The hotel reception is unfortunatly over run all day. Many times for pointless procedures. For example booking and getting access to the swimming pool requires you to go to reception collect a new key to go back up to the 40th floor for swimming changing rooms are on the 38th floor . To access the sky bar you must book in and again go down to get someone to allow you access to the floor. Thos creates a crowded and harrassed reception. Security guards are in the lobby and challenge guests that are not seen to be holding a key card also. The hotel does not give off 4 star service. We also never had our coffee in the room replaced the whole weekend and the thought of waiting at the queue in reception seemed to much to bear
