Great after a concert in Stade de France!

We booked 2 rooms here last minute to see a concert. We are so lucky to have found alternative accommodation as we had to cancel our original plan. How Hôtel Moderne still had 2 rooms left during a huge concert is a miracle. The price was more on the expensive side for just 2 nights but understandably so since we booked it literally 15 minutes before arriving at the property! The rooms were just what we needed: a place to sleep, within walking distance of Stade de France, and near a metro for when we wanted to go into Paris city. A huge bonus however was the staff. They were all helpful and accommodating! Another great thing to note in case you’re looking for a place near Stade de France for any event - there are takeaways open until like 3am - 4am in case you need a post-concert munchie. Great hotel - will book again if I wanted to come to Stade de France to watch another concert.

Not the fault of the hotel but just a heads up that the streets are loud at night - I think a bar was nearby so drunk people would be chatting loudly outside. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you choose this hotel. The breakfast also was not worth €10 per person with just some okay viennoiserie, baguettes, some basic spreads and a choice of juice and hot drinks (though their coffee had me up the walls the entire day!) - it wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t worth €10. If you want breakfast just go to the boulangerie right across from the hotel. It’ll be cheaper, better quality and you’ll have more choices. I also wish they had air conditioning!

We love this hotel, which is modest and unassuming - everything you could want for a short stay.

The breakfast was simple but fine. The staff were helpful in providing what we asked for - such as water and cutlery - and information about local shops,

On the first night there was a lot of noise coming from outside the hotel until the early hours of the morning.

The hotel was better than we expected. The room and the shower were ok and the location is perfect to metro and Stade de France. The staff was super friendly.

Hotel Moderne is very close to Stade de France (5 mn walk) which was great. The room was clean The staff ( i only know the name Sofiane) were very helpful and professional

The price...very dear ...it being so close to Stade de France is one (important) thing so rooms are priced accordingly. Had it not been a concert day, the price would i'm sure be different. Though room and bed were comfy ) linen provided), it is definitely not soundproof: For my purpose, ( a concert day) that was fine

Concert at the Stade de France.

Didnt have any meals in the hotel. The location was close to the metro, bus station, train station and the Stade de France for a concert.

The smell of burnt cooking oil/fat at breakfast time. The internal doors in the lift did not close fully. The receptionist when we arrived tried to charge us over £100 extra than what we booked the stay for. She tried to blame it on Tourist Tax but backed down when challenged with the booking confirmation papers. Dirty carpets on the stairs.

nice staff and good value for money. Very close to metro station , lot of restaurants nearby and 30-40min train route to Eiffel

It would be good if they are active enough in these website which lets customer book their rooms. The breakfast was not worth the Money paid. Croissants, orange juice and coffee can’t be 10 euros.

La porte de la chambre s’ouvrait très mal, à l’entrée le lit avec une table de chevet et de l’autre un réfrigérateur BRUYANT ! À la place d’une armoire une étagère poussière ! Salle de bain minime! Gros doute pour le ménage et des taches sur les draps Nous n’avons pas pris de douche les serviettes n’était pas propre également tachées À l’extérieur très bruyant et à l’intérieur nous pouvions entendre les conversations des occupants de la chambre d’à côté

Mon séjour a été confortable en ce qui concerne le sommeil et pour la toilette.

Je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner cette fois. La dernière fois, c'était très moyen. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très commode et pratique pour moi pour me rendre à mes rendez-vous.

L hôtel est à côté du stade de France et du métro.

Il n y a pas de climatisation, la chambre et le bâtiment font un peu vieillots.

Prima voor korte tijd, schoon en aardige mensen

Locatie perfect, vlakbij Stade de France en metro. Leuke wijk ook waar je goed kan ontbijten en eten (goedkoper dan in het hotel!) Parkeren is wel een dingetje...Maar prima voor kort verblijf!

Ontbijt is net buiten de deur voor minder geld en beter kwaliteit te krijgen. Parkeren is een gedoe

On m'a très bien accueilli, la chambre est bien situé a 5 minutes du stade , double vitrage , suffisant pour passer une nuit , dans l' ensemble c'était propre

Le placement de l’hôtel on était à coter de tout

Lorsque nous sommes arrivé à l’hôtel que nous avions payé 163e pour une nuit, nous ne nous attendions pas au vu du prix à nous retrouver dans une telle situation… Draps sale et taché (probablement pas changé) odeur de tabac froid, poussières, traces inconnu sur les murs miroirs et tête de lit.. en clair, un taudis au prix d’un 3* Nous avons donc demandé un changement de chambre qui a été encore plus catastrophique… Par la suite on a donc donc appelé la responsable afin de trouver une solution pour tout le monde, et j’ai eu affaire à une femme hautaine, presque insultante, nous menaçant avec des phrases du genre « si vous mettez un mauvais avis ou appelez booking vous vous démerderez avec vos draps » utilisant comme excuse que nous étions bien les seules à se plaindre. Nous nous sommes donc débrouillées seules en demandant directement aux femmes de chambre de venir dans notre chambre pour nettoyer un minimum les endroits que nous utilisions pour la nuit. J’aurais clairement dû regarder les avis avant de réserver… un conseil, tracez votre route il y a moins cher et respectueux des normes d’hygiène

Choix de facilité par rapport à la proximité du stade

Juste la proximité avec le Stade de France et facile d’accès avec le métro.

Chambre sale, très petite, pas insonorisée. Literie à désirer, le matelas avait un creux. Salle de bain quasi inexistante. Une dame à l’accueil mais aucune explication, ni de mots. Nous sommes directement repartis à notre réveil.
