    Upon arrival at 12:50 PM, I was informed that early check-in would incur an additional charge for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, despite my prior request for early check-in. I was asked to return at 2:00 PM. When I returned at 2:00 PM to check in, the front desk staff demanded payment for additional taxes. However, my Agoda booking confirmation clearly stated that all taxes were included. I presented my hotel voucher as proof, but the staff insisted on the payment. One of the staff members reviewed my Agoda booking on my phone and could not find any indication of additional taxes being required. Despite this, after consulting with their manager, I was informed that the hotel does not deal directly with Agoda and that I must still pay the taxes or cancel my booking without refund. Under pressure and with no alternative, I paid approximately €50. In addition, there was no housekeeping service provided throughout my 3-night stay. When I requested a top-up of shower gel, I was asked to call back later. When I did so, I was informed that the staff member was no longer on duty, and no assistance was provided. This experience reflects poor service standards, lack of clarity regarding charges, and inadequate guest support. While the room and location were good, the front desk service was extremely disappointing.

    Good place to stay with Family, however it is out of Paris but metro connectivity makes it more convenient.

    Room was big with sofa bed which was nice. Water was not draining properly in sinks and in shower. Location is bad: Although the train station is right in front of the hotel which is very convenient but everything else is about 30-40 mins train ride. There are people in front of the hotel door trying to sell cigarettes which makes you question the security at this hotel. Normally I do not buy breakfast at a hotel but there are no good restaurants around to have breakfast. We had choice but to buy breakfast at the hotel. It is good if you are in for a football match as the stadium was couple of blocks away. Overall I would say 6 out of 10 marks
