It was good hotel in convenient location
Breakfast is good. Room is very clean. overall very good hotel.
Restaurant food was not to our taste. Pasta was too salty and could not eat. They gave one of the meal order wrong. (this may be due to language misunderstanding)

Very poor service in the restaurant. We had our breakfast included during the stay. There were long queues, very limited options and they take long to refill. They had different DIY machines installed which never works. Guests struggle to make these machines work to prepare Pan Cakes, Waffles and Omlettes. NO assistance from any of the staff. They put only one plate at the table per guest. If you need another plate, you need to wait for long to see a staff and ask them.

Very good location, right next to the metro, with good connection to Paris. Nice hotel, large rooms and good breakfast.
The restaurant employee had a bad attitude, and very suspicious always. A little overcrowded when the restaurant was full.

Excellent stay!
The hotel was very clean and perfectly located right next to the metro exit. Even though my room faced the street, the soundproofing was excellent and I wasn’t disturbed by any noise. The breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of choices. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris! The location was perfect — close to public transport and main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Room 421 has a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
