The facilities were top notch but the stay wasn't very comfortable as there was no air conditioning.

The bathroom and toilet was separate which was really helpful for us. There's also another basin in the room for water. The TV was smart and the room was extremely spacious

It was really hot inside the room even when it was freezing cold outside. We had to open our windows to sleep. There was no air conditioning.

Old and below par..

The location is very nice and close to the metro and there are some good restaurants around to grab a quick bite.

The room in general was very worn out. The worst part was the bathroom - it literally felt like it was an airplane bathroom. Small, plastic, portable structure, and the toilet was separated from the shower (2 different rooms). Ours in particular was stinking as well.

Lovely and clean

Nice decorated room, great bathroom with bath and shower, clean. Very accommodating staff, great breakfast.

Since the hotel is next to a stadium you have to check for events during your stay. We luckily just missed an acdc concert, but that would have been horrible with small children.

the location , bar and rooms were all perfect

for a rugby game , travelling into Paris centre and travelling back ! then staying right outside the ground 100% beats staying in Paris city centre

it was a nice stay although the location was not that great.

The room 303 was very clean and the staff was friendly. There were some photo activities and games for the kids to enjoy.

NEVER NEVER NEVER again

The room is large, but stupidly designed. WC and bath are separate. Shower water leaks out to the floor. Furniture is randomly placed and very heavy to move

No AC. Ok First night it was unbearably hot and incompetent manger LOUIS said he would offer me a free drink. Brought up a tiny table fan that was broken. Replace with another tiny table fan but no outlet to plug near bed

One of the best stay close to central Paris via 10mins trains

As expected Novotel is always like best. It is one of the best rooms I have been in Novotel. Large TV screen was cool. Just 10mins by central gate du Nord station then 15mins walk.

It is likely little over prized, may be to its location just opposite to the stadium. Breakfast could be priced down.

The room was a good size for 3 people

The toilet and bathroom were separate from one another . It was on opposite sides of the room. The staff seemed new so things took slightly longer to action

The room is a good size, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when my daughter left her retainer in the room and they were very helpful in facilitating its return.

we had breakfast one morning and it was over subscribed. There was a delay in replenishing the food and there was a lack of plates and cutlery. People were eating cereal out of mugs!

Easy staying holiday, very keen and helpful staff, just 500 from RER.B train station. Room was spacious with small kitchen facilities

overall a nice stay

+bed was very comfortable +2nd day after we arrived the room was cleaned very well, and it looked like when we checked in +due to location it is easy to get around Paris using public transport +coffee machine in the room, coffee replaced everyday along with the single use cups +free bottled water for the coffee machine

-cleaning can be better during stay: the 3rd day our room was not hoovered and the bath was not cleaned. my son ate a pain au chocolate in bed before heading out, we rushed and not made up the bed; when we came the bed was made but there were crumbs in bed… - it would be nice to change the sheets after 2 nights

I would not recommend this hotel unless you are staying one night for an event in stade de France. The location was not good, very few restaurants etc. The staff were not very helpful one man in particular on front desk was extremely rude. the cleaner accidentally threw away our belongings and he made no effort to recover it and actually stated he did not care it was only a bag and it’s in the trash. I would not recommend this hotel it is tatty and tiered looking
