Great facility, but terrible administration.

Great location close to the Stade de France. The hotel is very modern and has great rooms

In addition to my room booked via Booking.com, I needed to book a second room as their room (although large enough) would not accommodate both of my small children as they have a 3 person max rule. The hotel confirmed my booking of the second room telephonically, but when I later called to confirm the room they said they has no record of it. After 2 hours of back and forth calls eventually I was offered a room at a much higher rate. Secondly I prebooked parking as they mention on their listing, but when I arrived the parking was given to someone else and I had to park 2km away.

Decent

Hotel was really clean and modern. Gym had an eiffel tower view which was really good. Breakfast was nice and fresh with lots of variety of items.

One thing i didnt like is that when i areived they asked me for a 3 night deposit and tax(which i have already paid). I told the manager its already been paid through third party company but he insisted then i will have my deposit back. I paid them the deposit but they said it didnt go through and their system havent received the payment. I showed them my transaction from the banking app but he said they havent received from their end. They said i will get my money back so i paid them another £75 so altogether it was £150 for 3 nights??? I asked the staff he said i will definitely get my money back but i still havent received anything.

The room was modern and absolutely spotless, everything was clean and well-maintained, with nice furniture and a fresh feel overall. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and it was exactly what I needed for a work trip near the airport.

The location is quite far from the city center, though I was aware of that beforehand. The area itself doesn’t have much to do, and the surroundings aren’t particularly charming. Also, the layout of the hotel was confusing, it took a while to figure out where the restaurant and other facilities were. The elevator system was a bit annoying and not very intuitive. The mattress could have been more comfortable, but it wasn’t a major issue.

They give me totally wrong room! And for early checkin they charge me 50 euro! Even the room was ready, but they charged

The customer service is very poor from the workers especially from miss fredrick that’s supposed to be there supervisor I call up about my deposits and I wasn’t given no help or solution I do not recommend this hotel to anyone coming from a English speaking country

Très bon séjour

L'hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel est attentif et disponible. La vue de la piscine et de la salle de fitness est incroyable. Les installations sont très bien entretenues. Tout est très propre. La vue sur le tout Paris depuis le bar du 40ème étage est encore plus incroyable. J'y ai passé une soirée "stand up" très agréable dans une ambiance festive et détendue. Je recommande.

Le rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner est un peu disproportionné. Un individu ne faisant pas partie de l'hôtel a emprunté les ascenseurs et est monté aux étages mais le service de garde est rapidement intervenu. Voyageant en tant que femme seule, je ne me suis en tout cas pas sentie en insécurité.

Perfecte locatie voor een dagtrip (of langer)

Zeer mooi nieuw hotel op een respectabele afstand van de stadskern van Parijs en vlakbij is er een metrostation. Je kan ook zeer veilig je auto parkeren in de ondergrondse garage maar dit is niet echt goedkoop (trouwens, wat wel nog vandaag dus beter duur als niet te koop). Zeer mooi toplounge bar met een adembenemend uitzicht !

De 3e kamer was pas de juiste, maar ik klaag niet want de mensen waren super behulpzaam en vriendelijk ! Het hotel is net geopend dus je moet het personeel ook de kans geven om in te leren...

Cet hôtel ne respecte pas ses engagements et vole ses clients

Il s’agit de mon second message a celui que j’ai posté le 27 janvier. Désormais à plus d’un mois et demi après la fin de mon séjour, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée de la caution de 125 euros prélevée à mon arrivée, malgré plusieurs relances de ma part par mail, par téléphone. C’est scandaleux!

Je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé de toutes mes caution. Il s'agit de plusieurs séjours de plusieurs jours. Minimum 3 jours par séjour. Et 5 à 6 séjour environ. Votre politique de caution n'est franchement pas correcte.

Camera curata, spatioasa, hotelul arata bine, fix langa metrou

Doamna de la receptie ne a zis ca nu ne poate da camera dubla, doar twin (pe booking nu poti alege dintre dubla sau twin cand faci rezervare, vezi pe loc cand ajungi la hotel) si a fost cam rautacioasa, nu prea a vrut sa ne ajute. In schimb a spus ca ar fi putut sa ne dea dubla doar daca faceam upgrade la camera. Am revenit mai tarziu la alt receptioner si acesta a fost dragut si ne a dat camera dubla fara sa insistam. Alt lucru a fost faptul ca dusul era langa pat, in aceeasi incapere, fara vreun perete despartitor. Nu am avut frigider. Nu stiu din ce motiv nu puteam urca cu cartela la etajul 40 unde era skybar ul. Ne a fost luat un deposit de 50 de euro din care 31 au fost taxa de oras/turist. Restul au spus ca o sa i inapoieze pe card, inca asteptam banii🤷🏻‍♀️

Hôtel très agréable à proximité d'une station de métro. Décoration soignée, confort ++, bonne insonorisation, c'est calme. Vue sympathique quand on monte dans les étages. Réceptionniste très souriante. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix et des produits frais. Une belle découverte après plusieurs hôtels essayés sur St Denis, c'est clairement mon préféré.

Éventuellement la déco de la salle de petit déjeuner qui est assez froide. Surtout le plafond qui a l'air de ne pas être fini.

Les chambres, le services et le petit déjeuner.

L’accès au Parking et le tarif pour le parking. 35€ par jour, avec aucune possibilité de charger son véhicule et qu’il soit éloigné de l’hôtel ce n’était pas mentionné au départ.
