Location. This was close to the vatican and it meant that after a late mass at St Peter's I didn't need to worry about public transport. The room was more spacious and comfortable than I had expected. Entry was via a secure lock on the gate and this was straightforward to use.
The shower was small and not comfortable to use. Apart from that I don't have any complaints or issues with the room. I didn't user any other facilities so I can't comment about them.

The internet connection is weak. And it's was being gone never be use. Also there's is a weird sound at the gate. Pressing the doorbell at the middle of the night. Around 1am to 2am .sounds is annoying and make you feel scared. Someone trying to come inside the building.

Great location , however there was no Wi-fi , no water in the kitchen sink tap, the bathroom sink was blocked , the cleanliness was poor etc.
Some updates within the interior decoration are necessary.

The room was large and there was air conditioning. We were able to check in at 10.
It was hard to find anyone on the property when I had questions and no one responded to the chat. The room looks much cleaner and newer in the pictures. In person it feels dingy and dirty. We didn’t get the breakfast coupons but went to the bakery anyway and it was delicious!
