Wonderful location and spotless - furnished and decorated to a really high standard. Free parking, easy check-in/out.

Breakfast is a very light snack option and instant coffee, which is fine. Some fruit and a coffee machine would have made all the difference with such a light breakfast offer.

The impersonal check-in and check out with no one to say hi and tell me where my room was. I didn’t realise til after that there were breakfast facilities. it was all a bit lonely.

The location, comfort and price considering it was 24-26 December.

Quiet, clean stay with comfy beds and easy parking

The hotel is in a quiet area, nicely decorated, and very clean. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. It’s a bit further out than some hotels in the same price range, but free parking is a big plus.

While the self check-in machine at the entrance is convenient and prints key cards quickly, it felt a little impersonal not seeing a single staff member during our stay (we were there for one night). The bathroom could also use some attention, as the shower splashed water everywhere.

Overall happy, but

We used this purely to sleep in as we were visiting family. The room was compact but had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower water pressure was satisfactory as well as being at a good temperature.

There is no breakfast. Although this was no major issue for us as we were returning to family, communication from the hotel said that some small snacks would be left out... this was not the case. Also, the automated check out system didn't work when we attempted to use it.

I did ask for a twin bedded room but found it was a double, thankfully it was a family room with separate bunk beds. Not quite suitable for someone 6’ +

Quiet , extremely comfortable residence for those looking for privacy

Well appointed setting in the trendy environs of Bath Road . Very easy routes out to Stroud and Cirencester from this part of the city . Very difficult to find hotels with secure private parking in Cheltenham . Very quiet private property .

Nothing though anyone hoping for a buzzy breakfast scene will be disappointed . Fresh croissants and better coffee station would elevate the whole experience .. but not picking really as the hotel did forewarn us !

Alovely hotel that was in the perfect location for accessing restaurants and pubs in town centre.

Excellent location, and hotel was very clean and welcoming.

There were no staff to be seen anywhere. We had a question about a practical issue and could not get hold of anybody to discuss. It wasn’t a major issue, and we problem solved it ourselves, but it was a little frustrating that the duty manager did not return our call.

We were walking the Cotswold way so it was a convenient stop.

The room was very small so not much space for 2 suitcases to be opened. For the price I do think a breakfast should be provided. Found it a bit odd not to see any staff at all as there was an automated key collection so it felt a bit impersonal and unwelcoming.

Beautiful Georgian building in a leafy area of Cheltenham. Bedroom and bathroom done up to a high standard, with my taste in soft furnishings. Easy to walk to local facilities.

Maybe a coffee machine in the dining room for breakfast rather than just the kettle and sachets of coffee.

Excellent location for the Uni where we were dropping off our kiddo. We appreciated the great size family room, easy parking and lovely facilities. Really appreciated the clear communication, arrival instructions and responsive host.

There was nothing for us to not like. It was in the perfect location for our needs, the property and room was exactly as described so no surprises. Very happy to have found a place to stay for this and future visits.
