Very clean and comfy, the auto check in was easy. Nice snacks provided and an honesty bar. Good location for Cheltenham town centre.

I did ask for a twin bedded room but found it was a double, thankfully it was a family room with separate bunk beds. Not quite suitable for someone 6’ +

Well appointed setting in the trendy environs of Bath Road . Very easy routes out to Stroud and Cirencester from this part of the city . Very difficult to find hotels with secure private parking in Cheltenham . Very quiet private property .

Nothing though anyone hoping for a buzzy breakfast scene will be disappointed . Fresh croissants and better coffee station would elevate the whole experience .. but not picking really as the hotel did forewarn us !

Alovely hotel that was in the perfect location for accessing restaurants and pubs in town centre.

Excellent location, and hotel was very clean and welcoming.

There were no staff to be seen anywhere. We had a question about a practical issue and could not get hold of anybody to discuss. It wasn’t a major issue, and we problem solved it ourselves, but it was a little frustrating that the duty manager did not return our call.

We were walking the Cotswold way so it was a convenient stop.

The room was very small so not much space for 2 suitcases to be opened. For the price I do think a breakfast should be provided. Found it a bit odd not to see any staff at all as there was an automated key collection so it felt a bit impersonal and unwelcoming.

Good value accommodation in a beautiful building.

Beautiful Georgian building in a leafy area of Cheltenham. Bedroom and bathroom done up to a high standard, with my taste in soft furnishings. Easy to walk to local facilities.

Maybe a coffee machine in the dining room for breakfast rather than just the kettle and sachets of coffee.

Excellent location for the Uni where we were dropping off our kiddo. We appreciated the great size family room, easy parking and lovely facilities. Really appreciated the clear communication, arrival instructions and responsive host.

There was nothing for us to not like. It was in the perfect location for our needs, the property and room was exactly as described so no surprises. Very happy to have found a place to stay for this and future visits.

Good parking. Excellent location. The only staff we met were the couple servicing the rooms in the morning. Both very pleasant and helpful. Light breakfast arrangements well thought out and pleasant dining room.

Have stayed before, so the checking experience was most quick and straightforward. Although I didn't arrive til after 3pm, room was available from 2pm which is welcome. Stayed in The Willows, clean and spacious bathroom. Pleasant dressing room area which gave one a bit of privacy. We loved the lounge/dining area and enjoyed spending a bit of time in there. We did have a drink from the honesty bar which was all efficiently dealt with and paid for. Restaurants/cafes/pubs etc., only 5 minute walk away. Town centre a bit further, but a pleasant walk.

I stayed in Beaumont House a few times in the past. This time we had a different room (room 16) and I did not like the shower. It is not suitable for me. I need to be able to use a hand shower that I can manipulate. This shower had 2 fixed shower heads

Absolutely loved it!

I stayed in the Out of Africa room and it was everything I hoped for from the moment I walked in. The room was beautifully themed, absolutely spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the jacuzzi bath such a relaxing touch after a day out. Everything was just as described, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Nothing I didn't like but I just thought I’d let you know that during my stay in the Out of Africa room, I noticed a small area where the paint on the ceiling is starting to peel above the bed. It wasn’t a problem at all and didn’t affect my stay, everything else was absolutely lovely! I just wanted to mention it in case it needs attention before it gets worse.

Our room was lovely, we would’ve liked to have stayed for another night! Really good location, great check in & check out times & I really liked the self check in service Love that it is a non pet friendly hotel as my husband is allergic to animal fur & we really struggle to find hotels that don’t accept dogs these days!!

The only downside was for the price we would’ve expected a cooked breakfast but we were well aware of this when we booked & it wasn’t a problem

Fabulous, will return.

Very handily located, clear arrival info and easy parking. The room was large and comfortable, very quiet over night. We enjoyed the view and the honesty bar and breakfast snacks. The lounge area and garden were well set up and we’d definitely have used these and the games if we were staying longer. Really happy.

Although the automated check in was very efficient, it felt odd to miss the personal welcome.

Comfortable place to s5ay with a 15 minute walk into town

It was really hot during our visit. I requested a fan via email as there was no staff around. Got a prompt reply to my request saying they would buy one for me. Returned back to room later in the day and there was a fan and also an air conditioning unit.

Whilst I knew there wasn’t a cooked breakfast available, the items offered were lacking in variety. A selection of fruit and cereals would of been good.

Have booked again, great property.

Great location, off-street parking and the building is quite grand and finished to a very high standard inside. Rooms were spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean.

Breakfast was the only disappointment. I understand the nature of the self service, unfussy, coffee and go concept. However, this is a lovely property and the breakfast offering can remain simple but a little bit more upmarket. Perhaps just a coffee machine and some fresh fruit and yoghurt would make the offering more appealing. However, I will most certainly stay again.

No breakfast is included, however tea/coffee croissants and biscuit/cereal bars are provided. However, no gluten free options are provided. Also air conditioning is mobile unit that you have to vent through window!
