Very comfortable and clean accommodation.
Good choice for the continental breakfast buffet and evening meals.
Very friendly, helpful, efficient staff.
Good choice of beverages at the bar at competitive prices.
Good location for the bus to Salisbury
Whilst appreciating that this is a very old building the opening window in our bedroom did not fit properly causing a draught.
There are a lot of steps along the first floor landing which could be a problem for some people with disabilities.
The installation of a lift would be a major improvement to access the bedrooms.

Location was good , a hotel with character, felt comfortable.
Noise from road, noise being above the bar. Noise from people moving about above. Also noise from people using corridor and banging doors.
Food and service not great, many items not available on menu.
Big splat of something on ceiling in room .
