Breakfast was ok but not the exceptional breakfast at was advertised.
Room was very hot and road noise was bad until 12 midnight and from 7 in the morning. Sunday roast was ok but expensive for what we got.

Nice location...5 minutes from main street.Emily the young lady who checked us in and served us occasionally during our stay was brilliant..pleasant and customer focussed despite the extreme heat.
Bedroom and bed were disappointing...too small but it was ok apart from the extreme heat during last week. Breakfast options weren't great and coffee machine wasn't working properly while we were there.

The outside gardens and patio were great, as were the staff
Our room, we were given a disabled room . Television didn’t work and shower difficult to moderate, ended up with a lukewarm one.
