Great place to stay and really fabulous staff.
Good value for money. Accommodation rooms were bright and comfortable. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and very helpful. Location within the New Forest was great. Very welcoming of dogs and staff are all dog friendly.
Bar area and bar eating area very dark and dingy. Trying to read the menu was a bit of a challenge. The accommodation rooms were a little small but nonetheless represented excellent value for money. Parking was a bit limited.

Great short break in a superior Inn
Lovely location just outside Lyndhurst and great walking and cycling outside the door.Historic pub with character. Dinner and breakfast very good quality. A warm and cosy destination for a February break.Staff and service commendable.

Stay exceeded our expectations and will definitely book again.
Breakfast was excellent. Room was much higher quality than expected. Craft ale was superb although a little pricey.

Fantastic 60th celebration at the New Forest Inn
This was the perfect place for us to explore the New Forest. We were a large group & the staff were pretty amazing at accommodating all our needs - particularly with our 60th birthday celebration dinner that we had. The rooms were all very comfortable & spacious. We had a wonderful weekend.
