Excellent all round accommodation.
Warm welcome.
Comfortable spotless and fresh rooms with very comfortable beds followed by a well cooked and tasty breakfast in a lovely dining room.
Limited parking on site but the road alongside offered plenty of unrestricted additional parking literally outside the house entrance.
Location was also on the right side of town meaning no need to negotiate the terrible one way system and constantly heavy traffic through Lyndhurst was a bonus.
5 minute walk into town where there were plenty of good eating options.
Would happily stay again and recommend for a pleasant stay in Lyndhurst

Beautiful B&B with friendly knowledgeable owner on property. Full freshly cooked hot breakfast in a charming setting. & only couple blocks to fabulous shopping and food options. to A+++

The property was in a good location for all the amenities, clean room with plenty of breakfast choices. Enjoyed our stay in the New Forest as always.
