It was a really pleasant stay and Nick was so helpful. Thank you.
The location was excellent, easy walk into town. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance The room was Very clean and comfortable, the bath was a bonus with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with lots on offer Coffee was lovely
We don’t do B&B usually as we find it awkward regarding noise and intruding in other people’s space but as we were the only guests at the time it wasn’t a problem.

Lovely B&B in Lyndhurst
Nicely presented B&B close to shops and restaurants in Lyndhurst. The host, Nick, was very welcoming. Lovely to have tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits in the room. Well-cooked breakfast to order - could be elevated with better quality ingredients, e.g., croissants, sausages.
Some road noise in room 1 (at the front of the house). Room 2 would probably be quieter at the back.

Cosy, comfortable, very clean, well maintained. Big comfortable bed. Nice en suite. Choice of cooked breakfast as well as cereal, yogurt etc Very welcoming and relaxed.
