Excellent location, Royal Jaipur restaurant right next door and the Landford Poacher pub in walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable.

A larger tv screen and maybe extra sound proofing from neighbouring rooms!

Not ideal but clean enough

The room overall was clean but it is pretty dated, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided

We get to the property a little early as my family travelled from France and in a van, so plan was meet at the hotel and then go just in my vehicle, parked up and a lady comes running over towards the van shouting 'you can't park there, you need to move as this is for guests only' so obviously we then went on to say well we are guests. We got oh well we clamp! But ironically she was nice as pie when we came back to check in... just be friendly and say are you guests here. Bed was rock hard and you can literally hear people in the other rooms fart! So after getting back at 1am I was woken at 6am by the herd of elephants in the room above and the room next door talking. Also this place is literally in the middle of nowhere

Great place to stay

We used the apartment which was great for us with the sofa etc. kitchen we didn’t use only because we were only there for 1 night. Idea for a few nights stay though. Pub walkable down the road and very nice too..

Would recommend this hotel

Ideal for our one night prior to surgery at New Hall hospital. Although right on the A road the double glazing ment we didn’t hear the traffic as we were to the rear of the building. Had a wonderful meal at the Indian restaurant next door. The room was spacious clean comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Also able to check out as late as 11:00 which was ideal for us.

Decor just a bit dated but that’s being a bit picky (for the price it’s very good). Unfortunately the electricity went off about 9:30 and was unable to contact the staff on the contact number I was given to let them know. Thankfully the shower still worked 😁

FABULOUS LITTLE GEM

We thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay this weekend. The room was very spacious with a huge, very comfortable bed. Very modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries, beautiful, thick, fluffy towels. Also a small fridge in room which was very handy. Would definitely recommend the price is fantastic! A great place to stay, & pet friendly too. We will be returning with our fur baby in the near future. Many thanks

Very disappointing. We will not be staying again

Size of room was good for family (2adults and 1 child)

The beds were really uncomfortable, so were the pillows. The walls are very thin and could hear guests on both sides all night and early morning. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the extractor fan was leaking from the bathroom ceiling. Host wasn’t very accommodating and left at 5:10pm when indicated she would be there to assist until 9pm. When contacted via phone she didn’t answer, getting back to me after the third attempt with poor customer service. Very disappointing. We will not be staying again.

Nice place which needs some thought and investment

Convenient location. Nice touches like bottled water, fridge. Easy to follow instructions to get in.

I think its unfortunate as this part is always going to depend on how good the other people staying are. But I have to say, the noise was horrendous the first night, the apartment upstairs being the worst which resulted in me having a panic attack. The second night much better and we managed to sleep OK. I think a good investment of sound proofing is needed and it could be great.

Ok but only for an overnight.

Room was very comfortable and clean.

Don’t know if it was a guest room above us (room 5) but both nights we stayed it was very noisy with a kid running around a lot, not just now and again, rooms don’t appear to be very well insulated, you could hear conversations on a phone. On check out I did mention a small issue because I was asked and I felt like I shouldn’t have said anything.

Good, affordable stat

Location - we were at the back so road noise not an issue and gorgeous views over the fields. Everything was super clean. Good size bath towels and nice bed linen. The rooms are big with everything you need especially considering the excellent price.

The mattress was saggy and made awful spring noises when you got up or moved. The bathroom only has one light over the sink so when you pull the shower curtain ( good quality and thick) it's really dark in the shower/bath and hard to see what you're doing. The rooms are a little dated.

Perfect for families and Peppa Pig World

The rooms were very clean and very spacious, well set up with additional beds for our family (we booked 3 rooms, all suited us perfectly) Large bathroom with bath, hairdryer, etc. No breakfast is provided, but there is a communal kitchen area with kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery (vending machine) so we could bring and prepare our own breakfast, ideal for family. Perfect for short family stay, like us visiting Paultons Park (10mins drive away). There was also an excellent pub 100yards up the road for dinner. There was also an electric car charging point in the car park.

We all found the pillows a little hard. It's on a very busy road, but the traffic noise wasn't too bad at night.

For an overnight night stay it was perfect for us.

Didn't see any staff as we arrived late but the arrangements to collect and drop off the keys was great. We had dinner at the indian next door & breakfast at local garden center which was amazing.

Lovely stay

Initial price was comparable to budget hotels, but allowed us to have myself, my husband, and my 2 16 years in one room, unlike budget hotels. Therefore, we saved a considerable amount of money. All the little extras were lovely - fridge, water, biscuits. Just made it so much better than alternatives for us.

No local shops - you need a car, but there is a restaurant on site and service station and McDonald's not far away

room was clean and was great for our requirements we were attending a party at local golf club loved the fact there were dishes spoons bowls vending machine if required. we only staed one night and it was perfectico!!

well appointed spacious rooms. clean and comfortable. appreciate the waters and use of plates and utensils.

the only point of contention would be the ac unit not engaging the compressor to provide cold air. it literally functioned only as a fan. while I am used to not having aircon, it did seem a bit of a let down as the room was a bit warm until the sun went down enough.
