This was a fantastic family trip that we will cherish and hope to repeat each year.

The location and the simplicity of the bedroom while fully equipped.

Not much to be done but the walls are a little thin so we could hear people coming and going outside of our room. Not a big issue since we were exhausted after an exciting day of roller coasters.

Very clean, spacious, and close to Europa-park

The place was very clean and spacious. The hosts were very hospitable and helped with an early check-in through communication. After a day of Europa park there are enough restaurants with just a couple minutes away from the stay. Waking to Europa-park is 7 minutes. Rulantica is impossible by bus due to bus schedule, but walking 20-25 minutes depending on your speed.

Perfect for the ones that come for Europa Park.

- location, max 7 minutes walk to Europa Park - very clean, they change the towels and throw the garbage every day

- need to take in consideration changing the pillows (too big and with bumps) - also it will be a plus if they had a coffee machine with caps in the room, as any other hotel offers

The location to Park Europa is great

We had a late check in with keys waiting for us in a paper bag at the reception. We found the one pair of keys waiting for us under a family name which was nothing close to ours. in the morning we found out there was a “spelling” mistake which is hard to believe due to the big non similarity to our family name and the written one on the paper. So we assume that someone else took our room and the stuff couldn’t be honest with us. We opened the keys under a wrong family name assuming it is ours and the requested room we asked for in advance was not what we requested and we weren’t informed about that at all which we find very shameful if a hotel is selling a room for 4 people in one room. The toilets were not sparking clean. We indeed had a very late check in but we expected for better service and compensation for the sleepless night we had due to this non wished room we received. We recommend the facilities but the way this hotel treated us was shameful. if an hotel offers a late check in they should really take care first of all of spelling the right family name and secondly, supply the costumer wishes.

the location was perfect. walkable distance to EuropaPark en Rulantica. no more than 10 min.

the shower. the bathroom is very clean. however the shower was small and the roof was angled. So as tall people we did find it less comfortable.

Impossible à contacter. Après réservation, vous demande 55€ de supplément car vous arrivez en dehors de 16h-18h alors que c’est bien inscrit qu’un self check-in est proposé jusqu’à 21h et que dans ce cas, aucun supplément d’est indiqué. J’ai mis 3 jours pour les avoir au téléphone. Je demandais 2 grands lits mais 1 grand lit et un superposé à été proposé, donc l’établissement a bien pris note de cette demande mais lorsqu’il a été question d’arriver entre 18h et 21h, le parcours du combattant commençait. À ne jamais refaire, après multiples contacts booking ( plus de 7h au total au téléphone ) j’ai finalement obtenu remboursement. Demander l’équivalent de 25% d’une nuit car on arrive entre 18h et 21h est totalement indécent tout d’abord mais aussi pas indiqué avant la réservation.
