Great for a short stay

Great breakfast with a selection of hot and cold food. Walking distance from the supermarket, restaurants and Europa Park. Wifi also worked and never went down once

We had a kettle in our room but were only given sugar and milk, no coffee or tea bags

Really bad experience. There is no one available to help outside check in hours

Terrible experience, very uncomfortable beds. We booked a hotel room and were put in a hostel type accommodation

Good

Breakfast was really nice. Location of the hotel is very close to EP so that's a big plus. We arrived after 2200hrs and had to walk quite a bit from where the key was left for us and the room (it was actually in another building) but apart from that all was good.

Distance from key pick up and breakfast location to actual hotel room. Also, there was no real reception but we managed fine :)

Location +++ (for Europa Park visitors)

Very close to the Europa Park (we stayed at Park Hotel & Gästehaus Rust the night before going to the Europa Park). Also, a very exquisite breakfast was set in the morning. Nice alternative to the Europa Park Hotels, but without the additional perks (like being allowed in a half hour earlier).

Bathroom could use a renovation. Still, everything was in working order, so no real reason to complain.

The hotel is really nice and auper close to the Europe park main entrance. I liked the room and that i had ac. Very good breakfast

i needed to ask for the remote, not so good) I couldn't lock the door from the inside, what make me feel not safe so i couldn't sleep well.

i don t like because the personal don t speak english is a tourist city it is most important to know to speak .

because i think i reserve what i see in pictures , it is very small the room and it is not in the building with reception i need to find then … can t be confortable for me or can write then in description .

Excellent breakfast and large breakfast with a variety of choices (hot and cold), the place was really close to Europapark and the staff was really friendly ! Room service was impeccable. I would come back but certainly in another room...

The room was absolutely not as advertised on booking.com. First of all it was in another building 100m away, it was cheaper looking and smaller than the images may give away. The door was really thin, you could hear absolutely everything from the corridor.

The breakfast was good, location to Europa-Park was perfect only a 2/3 minute walk.

Never any staff around on reception to help with problems, the shower in our room was broken and full of mould on the ceiling and walls.

great place comfortable and spacious

very specious and comfortable, we got everythig we needed and it was perfect for our little holiday at Europa Park. Only 5 mins walk to park, good restaurants at a stone throw and even a food truck right at the parking in case you are too tired after the park

The location is in good walking distance to the EuropaPark

The rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from the surrounding. Very old and outdated, the bathroom was smelly and pretty old too. Breakfast is very limited and basic.

Breakfast: salmon, selection of sliced meats, selection of cheeses (including goat cheese), fresh honey, …

We were moved to a subsidiary building that was 10 minutes away and had no warm water. The room was at the top such that the rain trickled down on the roof window during the whole night.

We liked that it was an easy walk to the Europapark. It was also a good size for our family.

There was never anyone at the front desk to ask a question.

Ok hotel if you are visiting Europa Park

It is very close to Europa park, 10 minutes walking distance. The breakfast is very good and the staff serving it are friendly. The rooms has an air conditioner and cold enough. The place is safe and the windows insulate any sound from the outside.

The rooms were in a different location than what is stated on booking and you had to walk 5 minutes to reach the restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was not clean, the beds were full of hair. The parking is expensive considering the other parking prices in the area. This hotel is a house which was converted to a hotel, so it is not well insulated that you can hear footsteps from the room above you and people in the lobby. The bathroom roll and napkins were leftovers from previous guests.

the breakfast was good. various choices available

for such a price , I was expecting a more confortable room. the bathroom was very small , the sink was clogged and nobody at the reception desk in the morning
