We stayed for one night at the property. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

The host is super nice.
Location: 5-stars
The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to the Europa-Park and restaurants. Parking wasn't a problem.
Cleanliness: 5-stars
The room and bathroom were very clean.
Beds: 4-stars
The bunk beds for the kids were squeaky and woke us up a few times. However, the mattresses were comfortable.
Bathroom: 4-stars
The bathroom was a bit dated and water pressure a bit low, depending on how many people were showering at the same time.
The only thing that was missing was an air conditioner. It was extremely hot at night. However, having said that it is not very common in Germany to find an air conditioner at a hotel or house.
We would definitely stay there again if we come back.
