Very clean apartment, plenty of space for two small families or one large family. Loved the LED lighting. Staff were very friendly; from the desk worker to the bartender. Parking was also really easy even with a seemingly busy hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful with providing information for transportation. The room was amazing and spacious. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi next to the bed and the patio view. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

Very convenient to both parks and walkable to various food options with optional restaurant on site if you’re hungry and don’t want to leave the hotel. Great choice.. Only drawback is parking.

Second time we stayed at this Hotel. Close to entrance Europa Park through the Hotel Bell Rock. Lidl and Edeka and a Bakery close by! Apartment big enough to sleep 7 people, with Kitchen and a small terrace. Only one bathroom though! And the shower sets everything under water in the bathroom. A bit expensive for an Apartment, but not much choices if you want to sleep 7 people! Nevertheless, next year we would book again the same Apartment.

Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind!

Staff exceptional friendly and helpful. The apartment has been forgotten to be cleaned when we arrived, but was done immediately! The shower clocked and was also resolved within a short time. Any request was done immediately. The swimming pool was a highlight for the kids! A quick dive in after an exhausting day! Overall a pleasant stay we had and would, despite the few problems we had, book again Andante for a stay in the future!

Overall the hotel is ok from vicinity, restau, cleanliness and room, i was only disappointed from the receptionist at night i dont know her name but she was not helpful, she was grumpy, she was unfriendly. And she was not approachable. She assigned us in room near the kitchen. But were thankful because the other transferred us in other floor.

Stay was so so. The hotel was still under construction and the elevator was not finished so the attendants had to help us with the luggage. Our room had 2 beds but only one had sheets, we asked why at the reception and they first told us reservation was only for 2 persons. Then they told us our toddlers were supposed to sleep in our bed! They finally came and made the second bed after I insisted. Other than that the hotel is at the back of the park, so unless you have your own car, it’s really far from the entrance, walking distance from the grocery store.

Overall 3N stay was fantastic!!! My family enjoyed the suite, pool garden, and of course the service; Each and every staff is so friendly and assisting us with our queries. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! The hotel is a good walking distance to Europa Park with a wide ranges of food variations; Italian, German, Chinese+Sushi take aways. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to stay here!!

Pros: Huge, comfy beds. Big screen TV. Lots of outlets for charging. Free parking and super close distance to the 2 parks. Breakfast was delicious. Cons: Bathroom could use a good unclogging and scrubbing. Walls are pretty thin so you can pretty much hear every sound from the hallway and neighbors.
