It was a disgusting nightmare. The hotel has no elevator, there is a hospital-like smell throughout the hotel, and there is a restaurant whose kitchen is open to the rooms. The rooms are dirty and old. Not recommended at all — not worth a single penny.

Stay was great.

Breakfast is great. Maybe eggs a little overcooked. And the addition of pancakes could make it even better. Location is great. Only 10 min walk from Europapark and close to many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The tap water is not so great. We unfortunately had to buy bottled water. It would be great if the mattress were more firm. It was a little floppy. It would be great if there were more English or french TV channels that were unblocked. (I would pay extra for this service). Also would be great if one could access streaming services on the TV, such as netflix or prime. Or be able to connect a phone to the TV to access streaming services.

Convenient stay near the park

It was about a 15 minute walk from Europa-Park, which made going to the park all easy. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. The room was nice and had a large balcony. There is also a restaurant, which was convenient after a long day at the park.

The pillows in the room were really uncomfortable, very very big and thick.

The hotel was perfectly situated and very easy to find. it was fantastically clean!!!!! Our room was a great size and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant has an excellent menu and we ordered our food to be brought to our room. Absolutely delicious and great value! Breakfast was also really good. We had an excellent stay! We would highly recommend it and definitely stay again!

Great hotel, great location

We were greeted at the hotel with a lovely welcome from the staff member at reception. The room itself was great, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location was perfect, we were in the area to go to EuropaPark and it was an easy walk to the main entrance. We also had dinner at the restaurant at the Hotel and the food was great!

While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were a bit flat. The hairdryer in the bathroom could do with an upgrade. On our last night, we were kept awake until the early hours (around 3am) with noise from one of the other rooms who were using their balcony (but not 100% sure what room), we tried to ask them to quieten down but it continued. I always expect noise from other rooms and of course people should be able to enjoy themselves but this was excessive with no consideration for others staying.

The staff were very welcoming and always greeted us with a smile :) From check in to check out the staff were attentive and always accommodating. The food was tasty and reasonably priced

The perfect place to stay after a fun day at Europa Park. It has everything you need including a nice restaurant with go

Quiet and homely but with great standards. Room size is good and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well set out with top hygiene.

A good alternative for the Europa Park Hotels

The hotel is close to Europa Park. 15 min by foot to the main entrance. By leaving the park you can use the exit located at the El Andaluz Hotel, it's closer to Hotel Mythos. Rulantica is located at 15 min as well, if you go through the hilly park and Hotel Krønasår (GPS will give a 25min walk) around the park. The hotel is accessible 24/7 with your room key, so you can do events past midnight in the park. Very handy are the USB chargers built in the wall, you only need your cable!

The bunk beds (if you book for 3 people in one room) are not bad, but not as comfortable as the other beds in the room.
