Great location but a bit overpriced for the value of the room.

Location was perfect, easy 10 minute walk from the entrance of Europa. Parking was in front of the property and included with price. Spacious room. Hosts were very nice.

No sound-proofing, shower leaked, WiFi did not reach up well to the top floor. Issues getting the air conditioning to work

Outstanding location about a 10 minute walk to Europa Park. Free parking. Breakfast is included and is very good. The staff are really friendly and made us feel very welcome. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Good room for a family of 3 adults

Excellent large bathroom facility with both shower and bath tub and it was Completly separate from the room. Best organized breakfast area with your own table and number of room. Friendly staff and gave us a bag as a gift on checkout

Beautiful hotel that looks more like a big house. Super friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms. Delicious fresh breakfast, free parking in front of hotel. Perfectly located for Europapark - they even give you free day parking passes. We checked in later than planned and there was no issue. The AC in the room was so great as it was incredibly hot. Loved everything about it and would definitely come back!

Unfortunately the door to the balcony wasn't opening, the hinges were misaligned so we couldn't use it and didn't make a fuss as we were only staying for one night.

Comfortable, affordable, convenient, and above all, welcoming.

Great staff, willing to go above and beyond. Super friendly, feels more like a home than a hotel, and it really showed. Also, the candies in the room were a nice touch, and the beds were honestly comfier than I’m used to. Combined with close proximity to Europa Park, solid dining options in and around, and a general sense of comfort, easily a place I would reccomend anyone in the area should use.

Honestly, not much! Any lapses or incidents were honestly just a matter of crossed wires on my end, and not reflective of the location or it’s staff.

The room didn‘t meet our expectations. Small, dark and the bathroom tiny. It was clean, but seems a bit overpriced for what it had to offer.

Aluguei um quarto que supostamente tinha WC, mas afinal o WC era fora do quarto, tinha de passar a frente da porta de outro quarto e nas escadas para aceder ao WC, nunca mais.

Zimmer am Abend der Ankunft 17.00 war gar nicht gemacht anschliessend mussten wir uns selber darum bemühen dass das Bett gemacht wurde und das Zimmer und Bad war schmutzig

Lage gut, Rest Fragwürdig für den Preis.

Lage ist gut.

Leider war alles sehr dreckig und extrem abgewohnt. Für eine Ferienwohnung in diesem Preissegment, erwarte ich wesentlich mehr. Zumal wir im selben Ort schon mehrere Ferienwohnungen gemietet haben und daher gut Vergleichen können.

Schlechte Matratze, durchgelegen. Duschbruse kabutt und konnte nicht verstellt werden. Kühschrank ausgeschaltet und wasser ausgelaufen alles Nass.
