The hotel is so close to Europa Park & the parking slot included which is very convenient.

Ok nice place.
Should accept cards for city tax they do in Italy and France. No guest ahold be send to the cash machine after a 6 hour drive.

-Room was clean
-Check in was fast
-It was very loud during the night. Unfortunately they are offering rooms above the bar, so we could not actually sleep at all.
- sound is generally a problem, since the place is old
- communication before check in was not ideal: We booked a room with parking close to the entrance of Europa Park. The room was with no free cancellation. After paying we found out that you cannot leave the car on their parking on the day you visit Europapark. You have to move it to the Europapark entrance. We booked parking in Europapark online but then the hotel gives you upon arrival a 2euro tax card that can be used in Europapark for parking. In my opinion this should be communicated right from the start, or have some cancellation policy, if someone does not agree.
