Great location, 10 mins walk to the park. And there is a really nice restaurant next to the hotel, very good food for a good price.
Check in is until 8pm only, not convient when you drive from far away. And they didn’t say in the beginning that they could leave the key in a key box. After some messaging back and forth, then they said they will leave the key in the key box, they should have said from the beginning of this option, so I didn’t have to book another place for security then cancel again.

Everything was impeccable—well located, tidy, clean, and organized. The restaurant and bar were excellent, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very attentive.
I have nothing to complain about regarding the property.

Really friendly & helpful staff, delicious food both at breakfast and in the evening. Excellent location within walking distance of Europa-Park. Large comfy room with a nice bathroom.
The timings for check out & breakfast to be accurate on the literature given; we ended up going down to breakfast half an hour early on the 1st day.

-Room was clean
-Check in was fast
-It was very loud during the night. Unfortunately they are offering rooms above the bar, so we could not actually sleep at all.
- sound is generally a problem, since the place is old
- communication before check in was not ideal: We booked a room with parking close to the entrance of Europa Park. The room was with no free cancellation. After paying we found out that you cannot leave the car on their parking on the day you visit Europapark. You have to move it to the Europapark entrance. We booked parking in Europapark online but then the hotel gives you upon arrival a 2euro tax card that can be used in Europapark for parking. In my opinion this should be communicated right from the start, or have some cancellation policy, if someone does not agree.
