The timings for check out & breakfast to be accurate on the literature given; we ended up going down to breakfast half an hour early on the 1st day.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk from Europa Park entrance. Clean comfortable room & en-suite bathroom. Excellent value for money.

-Room was clean -Check in was fast

-It was very loud during the night. Unfortunately they are offering rooms above the bar, so we could not actually sleep at all. - sound is generally a problem, since the place is old - communication before check in was not ideal: We booked a room with parking close to the entrance of Europa Park. The room was with no free cancellation. After paying we found out that you cannot leave the car on their parking on the day you visit Europapark. You have to move it to the Europapark entrance. We booked parking in Europapark online but then the hotel gives you upon arrival a 2euro tax card that can be used in Europapark for parking. In my opinion this should be communicated right from the start, or have some cancellation policy, if someone does not agree.

Nice atmosphere in the hotel and in the surroundings. Very helpful, kind and attentive hotel service and administration, with our stay, we even got the Rust discount ticket for some Europapark show. The room was clean and comfortable.

Not really a complain, but if asked for an idea to perfection, could the key chain be lighter or more handy? Anyway, it is not really a big deal if you plan to use a handbag around.

The location is perfect in-between both parks. The staff is friendly and the breakfast quite good !

it’s close proximity to EuropaPark is a plus. Parking is provided. A restaurant is in the same building. I had dinner there and it was good.

Loud in the evening due to Terrace Restaurant downstairs Unfriendly Staff on departure day as the receptionist rudely asked to bring the boiler from the room to the reception, I had to leave the kids downstairs unattended to go upstairs again in the room to bring her the boiler. Her rude behaviour was embarassing in front of the kids

Best Hotel in Rust

I have been in Rust for 3 times, this one is the best w.r.t to cost, clean, supportive stuff, room is good, Restorant is excellent, 7 min waking to Euro-Park, 15 min walking to Rulantica, I checked out at 10:30 AM and go to full day Euro Park while hotel is taking care of my luggage till 7:00 PM

Nothing, I was expecting lower quality for money.
