Rust-Fewo-Hotel

Very close to Europa Park which was our destination. Very spacious, the terrace and garden were an added bonus. There is laundry facilities on sight which I couldn’t find in the description but was nice to find out about. The hostess also provided spaghetti and sauce for our first night which was very thoughtful.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms didn’t work properly. We didn’t say anything since our stay was so short, there was a ceiling fan which helped keep it comfortable.

Fantastic location for EuropaPark. Spotlessly clean. Large apartment.with room to be together or be separate Great shower. Such a relief to have aircon! Lovely balcony

Sofa leg unstable so unable use sofa in kitchen. Three aircon units but only one remote control.

Excellent location for Europa Park and great pizza restaurant next door. The A/C was amazing and very much needed as it was 38c when we stayed. The staff were helpful and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Great to have air conditioning and a dishwasher, comfortable apartment. Great location less than a 10 minute walk to Europa Park and close to local restaurants. Also close to 3 bus stops for the free Rust Bus that goes around the town.

Sadly the admin and customer service let it down. The name suggests it’s a hotel but it’s just 2 buildings with apartments in. They were kind enough to store our luggage when we arrived early from our morning flight. Reception was a wooden hut in the car park and we never knew when there would be someone there. You could ring a number and someone would eventually come down from the restaurant down the street owned by the same people. We asked for the Wi-Fi code but were never given it. A welcome letter in the apartment in a few languages with info such as Wi-Fi password and who to contact if any problems would have been helpful. It would have been nice if the owners had asked (WhatsApp or email) if everything was ok during our stay, as other places we’ve stayed always do, but they didn’t. The bathroom door handle was loose, one of the bedroom blinds didn’t work (the cleaning lady did help with that). Some extra mugs, glasses and cutlery would be useful. There was no one around to hand the key back to when we checked out. There was a big language barrier as they didn’t speak German and only the owner (who we only saw on check in) spoke a bit of English.
