A basic 3 star hotel

Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Close to Europa Park by foot. Pizzeria Garibaldi and The Chicken restaurants only 3 minutes on foot.

Wi-Fi very poor. Continental breakfast for euro 19 is too expensive. Reception closes at midday- beware!!

Perfect location for Europa Park

Great location in walking distance to Europa park. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Quite a nice place actually! Parking on site is possible with lift system (no high SUV, but regular cars and station wagons are fine). Great pizza place across the street as well.

Mattresses have seen a bit of traffic but were OK.

Disappointing Hotel

Nothing good about the property.

The room felt like a dormitory. Actual size of the room is of 4 beds but they added one more bed to accommodate five people. The shower cabin was very small, very hard to fit in it. Size must be 40x40cm. Photos shown on Booking.com don't give a clear idea of the room. I had booked for 4 nights but left the hotel very next morning..

Clean and fonctionnal with excellent breakfast.

Room very functional, spotless clean and comfortable beds. Right in the centre of Rust, close to all the amenities and Europaparc. Excellent breakfast. Staff nice and helpful. Not parking on site for tall cars but they found a satisfactory solution.

Not suitable for people with mobility problems because it has a lot of stars and some are very steep. Also, not the hotel’s fault but there is a church nearby and, if you are a light sleeper, it can wake you up many times with the bells.

No parking for big cars.

No parking for big cars! Otherwise it was great, the room and the breakfast and location excellent.

We stayed here to be able to walk to the park but we couldn’t so the 15 min drive due to heavy traffic was not ideal.

Good location and nice breakfast included. Friendly owner and staff.

While the hotel was in a good location, we couldn’t take advantage of it. We specifically booked this hotel so that we could park our car at the hotel and walk to the Europe Park. Turns out our suv was too big to park at the hotel and had to park at the Europa Park free of charge. We paid extra for the location so we could avoid the traffic in and out the park. Next time we’ll stay at a place with better parking, or further away for a cheaper room fee and just drive. Family room was nice but NOT ideal with small children. Its a two story room and the stairs are very dangerous for smaller kids.

Fabulous apartment in a brilliant location for Europa Park! Lovely staff and the apartment was perfect! Breakfast was amazing!! Great pizzerias nearby.

the beds were comfortable.

we couldn’t to use parking garage the manager said our car was so big for their garage. our car model is volvo xc40, they said you can park in the streets. also in the photos the room was seem dublex ando two double beds but room was not dublex, there was one double bed and two single beds in the same room.

Perfect chance to stay in Rust "downtown"

Fantastic breakfast and a very friendly staff. They helped us even to get the free parking card for Europa Park which allows us to park next to the entrance and safe the time and spend more time inside.

Decent breakfast…. Parking place Close to Europa Park

Too expensive.. The staff was quite rude! They didn’t speak English which is unacceptable because they have so many tourists because of Europa Park!

Perfect stay

The breakfast was really good, nothing to complain. The room was clean and had a good size. The bed was comfy.

It was a good stay very close to Europa-Park entrance.

The breakfast was great, the room was not the one we expected but it was ok (not very big for 4 people) and it was clean.

The parking is strange (lift based parking) and you cannot park the car without one of the staff guiding and helping you. So every time you want to go with the car, when you return you must tell somebody to come to the parking and watch you which does make no sense.

I will not recommend this place

I liked the breakfast: it had a decent choice of fruits, cheese, and bread. There were also boiled eggs, omelets, sausages — nothing to complain about.

Service: the service upon arrival was terrible. When we arrived at 5 pm, we were met by a note on the closed door informing us that the check-in time is only from 7 pm till 8 pm. We were warned about that neither by the hotel's booking page nor by a message from them. When I called the phone number from our reservation, I got no understanding from the woman on the other side. She ignored my complaints that 7 pm-8 pm is dinner time, and we'll have to stay hungry to check in. Rooms: in reality, the room looked worse than in the picture. Noise: there is a lot of noise from the street. Be aware and take your earplugs. There are also only sheer curtains on the windows, which don't block light whatsoever. So our night there was quite restless.

Petit déjeuné copieux et très bon. les hôtes n'hésites pas à faire du sur mesure (bacon, oeufs) en fonction des envies. Garage hyper pratique pour stocker la voiture.
