Simple rooms - less than 10 min walk from Europa Park

Simple room, but good for a place like this where most everyone is coming to visit Europa Park or Rulantica, not to stay in their hotel room. We had the space that we needed, it was clean, and even had a little balcony area. There was a plentiful breakfast, and the staff, who we only saw in the mornings, were pleasant. Information for self check-in was communicated clearly ahead of time.

The price seems high for what you get here, but we stayed over Halloween to attend the events at Europa Park, so it's quite possible the prices were higher due to demand that weekend.

Perfect for a few nights, walking distance to Europapark.

Exceptionally clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy to charge our car overnight. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Would definitely return.

In the rest room it would have been helpful to have a kettle available to be able to make a cup of tea. Plenty of cold drinks and snacks to purchase but no facility to make a hot drink outside of breakfast hours.

Very nice place to stay

Rooms are clean and renovated. Good breakfast, very good coffee.

Safe was not working (seems to be locked by previous guests and not unlocked begore our arrival). We arrived late and weren't willing to deal with it. It was disappointing to find out that the reastaurant is permanently closed, and I only got a message about it after booking was complete. But we found another good restaurant nearby ( Hardy's).

big TV screen, in the shower there is a window that can be opened. From outside to inside almost no noise

in the morning there was quite a lot of activity on the hallway from others, that can be heard very well. Some noise that disrupted my morning sleep.

Highly recommended for a great sleep after a big day out at Europa Park

Ideal location for Europa Park. Great breakfast! Lovely family room with bunk beds and a huge king size. Perfectly geared up for day trippers going to EP (easy to park and check in after hours). Well stocked mini bar in reception.

Nobody is there during the evening. The emergency number that we called answered us 30 min after. So it's not an emergency number really.
