Location. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on site. Friendly staff. Parking. Quiet place. Cleanliness.

It's not about the place, but about the Booking.com app. The pictures and the description of the place were extensive (e.g., pictures of all rooms of the place), when confirming the booking I didn't see the size of the room (15m2). I was negatively surprised when I came in. It was in the description so I can't complain, but maybe these details should be made more visible in the app.

Affordable room near Europapark.

Spacious apartment including the bathroom. Also a cute entrance.

Convenient place for family visit to Europa park

spacious room, clean and plenty of towers and beds for a big family. Wonderful location to Europa park and the food downstairs with the restaurant are very good as well.

the noise isolation in the top floor is not very good, and the noise of the AC machines are hard to ignore for a good sleep.

Overall, this stay was worth it, and I would do it again if I were to bring another group in the future.

The staff was very friendly, it’s located directly over a decent pizzeria (ran by the same people as the Pension), the walk to Europa Park was only about five minutes long, and parking was free and easy. The AC units were a saving grace after a warm day at the park.

The AC unit for the living room area is located above the entrance. It leaks, and the water damage is visible on the wood door. This particular unit also isn’t effective for the living room. There’s a bit of a hallway from the door, so the air has to travel the length of the hallway before it’s able to begin cooling the living room. Two of us needed to sleep on the couches in the living room, and they said this particular AC unit was completely ineffective.

Exactly what we were looking for

The apartment was perfect for what we needed - multiple beds in different rooms as we were friends sharing. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. Good value for money and better than the pictures made out!

Shower had a big leak out of the shower head so the water pressure wasn't great, and particularly after a long sweaty day in a theme park would've been nicer. The parking was busy when we arrived (9pm) with customers at the restaurant, although we were able to get a space. Spaces are very tight and there isn't much room to manoeuvre.

Second good stay at property, handy for europapark and local area

Staff friendly, restaurant underneath very good. Great location. Very clean on entry. Air conditioning and balcony big help in hotter temperatures over the stay.

Clean, well equipped room. Perfect location for restaurants and the main attraction of Europa Park is only a 5 minute walk away. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, good food, comfortable beds, great price for the value, short walk from Europapark. I will be staying here again when we visit the park again. The entire stay was amazing and we could leave our car parked there while we were at the park.

Close to the parc, mostly friendly people. Good quality/price.

Close to the Europapark entrance, about 5 minutes walk. We asked for an additional night, which we got with a big discount. The room was clean, everything provided for. A big balcony as well, but this seems only the case with room number 1. Don't hesitate to ask for it, bear in mind that the room really is 1 room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Breakfast provided, and payable on site, is sufficient.

We had a room at the first floor, right above the kitchen. Until 22h00, there was a lot of noise, also from people walking through the hallways. They provide a coffee machine, the only coffee pads were without caffeine. We didn't ask for others, maybe the reception can provide. The reception is in the restaurant, no dedicated reception, and therefore only open as of 17h00, don't bother to come early.

Great location for Europa Park

The staff were friendly and super helpful, Thank you! The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was enjoyable, the menu had a good selection and was child friendly. We can highly recommend the Calzone. Free parking. The location was great for Europa Park, an easy 10minute walk if that.

Breakfast could have been better (we watched them unpack the food from Lidl bags) but there was plenty of choice and it filled us until lunch. We couldn't get the soap to come out of the dispenser in the shower, but that may have been our lack of skills? The clothes rail was missing a wheel and kept collapsing, nothing major, we could still put a few clothes on it. A door mat at the entrance would be useful, it was raining when we arrived.
