Very comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious. Just perfect! The instructions were really clear, Michael was very welcoming over the phone and made sure everything was fine for us. There was even a food truck right in the garden. So convenient!

the place is overpriced and overrated. the only good thing about it is the town it is in.

the host who is not responsive but is spamming guests with useless emails without providing essential information on how to actually get into the place. all the guests in adjacent rooms who booked the place said they had issues with accessing the place as well. besides, knowing we had to seek another accommodation because the host did not provide the access information, the host sent us an email asking how we enjoyed the night at his place. the wifi doesn’t work. the bedsheets are filthy and smell like an army slept on them. the bedside and outside lamps are not working. the toilet is leaking like niagara falls. overall very low standard.

It was great and the owners are very friendly. Also the location was perfect! we also liked the Pizza vending machine!

The bathroom and the shower were bigger then expected! It was very cute and the parking lots are really big too.

The room has only one window and therefore it got very stuffy with 4 people in there. Also the walls are vert thin and we could hear the neighbours kids scream in the morning.

Superb

The renters were really nice, sending informations about the appartement and things arround the place like Europapark or others activities. They were present in case of problem and explain every thing very well. The "Nuki" door lock system is also a very good point.

It would have been perfect if the room was heat up before we arrived.

Value for money, but with a few caveats.

Very good location. Value for money.

Visitors beware: the walls are paper-thin. Unfortunately, our neighbour's TV was playing very loudly until 1:30 AM. Tried to ask them to turn it down, but they did not answer the door. One of the bedside lamps did not work (probably because of a defective lightbulb). We warned the owners upon our arrival, but they said they would not be able to find a handyman until Monday (I didn't know you needed a handyman to check/replace a lightbulb). The shower was continuously dripping. Very unnerving, especially during the night. The owners were nice, but physically absent throughout.

The other guests were very loud and disturbing in the middle of the night around 02:00 Hrs. I have to wake up many times due to there loud speaking and shoutings.

Pleasant

location is good, about 15 mins walk from Europa park. The room is clean.

There were no toiletries, and the check-in time was too late to go back to supermarket for it. No hair dryer in the room, needed to ask for it. The host is responsive but not very helpful, was advised to look for things on Google.

Super für einen Trip zum Europa-Park

Sehr gute Lage zum Europapark. Bäckereien und viele Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen bzw. liegen sogar auf dem Weg. Parken war direkt am Haus möglich. Kontaktloser Check-In / Check-Out. Die Gastgeber wirken nett und geben sich viel Mühe für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Das Bett quietscht. Die Matratzen waren extrem weich. Das Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne eigene Küche. Dafür gibt es wohl eine Art Gemeinschaftsraum, den haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Als zukünftige Verbesserung wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank/Minibar im Zimmer hilfreich, in dem man zumindest ein paar Getränke kühlen kann.

Alle faciliteiten zoals aangegeven. We hadden appartement 3 (z.3) Prettige nachtrust. Groot bed voor ons en een stapelbed voor de kindjes. Gerieflijke badkamer met toilet, douche en lavabo. Keuken met alle benodigdheden en veel zitplaats onderaan. (Gezamenlijk met appartement 1,2 en 3. We waren hier echter steeds alleen. Hier was een frigo, diepvries, vaatwasser, spoelbak, kookplaat aanwezig. We aten hier wel steeds enkel brood en beleg. (Gekocht in de lidl in de buurt).We overnachten 6 nachten. We hadden een erg aangenaam verblijf.

Televisie was aanwezig maar voor Nederlandstalige personen eigenlijk niet bruikbaar. Er zijn erg veel zenders beschikbaar maar geen in het Nederlands. Het was een smart-tv maar we konden geen gebruik maken van onze eigen netflix account omdat de tv er niet in slaagde te koppelen op de aanwezige wifi. Op zich hebben we de tv eigenlijk nooit gemist. Er is genoeg entertainment in het dorp om elke avond te kunnen vullen.

En todo momento estuvieron en contacto conmigo para explicarme como acceder al apartamento. El apartamento era sencillo , camas y un baño, pero suficiente para pasar unos dias en Europa Park.

Top Lage für Besuch des Europaparks. Ausreichend Parkplätze, die auch am Abreisetag genutzt werden konnten.

Die Betten waren sehr weich und die Räume kühl. Letzteres ist Teil eines Stromsparkonzepts und wir darauf hingewiesen hingewiesen, dass wir die Radiatoren aufdrehen können. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir somit nach unserem Gusto heizen können.

Chambre non chauffée avant notre arrivée alors qu'il faisait 5°C dehors. 3h pour arriver à chauffer le studio. Matelas peu confortable (on sent les lattes). Connexion wifi lente. Espace petit déjeuner non chauffé. Consignes de tri des poubelles sans poubelles à disposition

Für diesen Preis-Leistung ist es in Ordnung. Für uns hat es gereicht. Morgen beim Bäcker vorbei und dan direkt in Europa-Park und Abends zurück zum schlafen. Nähe beim Europa-Park (ca. 10min Zufluss). Pakieren wärend der ganzen Europa-Park Zeit. WLAN vorhanden. Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kochherdplatten/Mikrowellen, Kühlschrank (wurde von uns nicht benutzt).

Die Türe ist nicht ganz dicht, so kam Luftzug und Strassenlärm hinein.
