The location was perfect 3 minute walk to europa park!! The staff was amazing especially the reception very friendly and warm people !!
The breakfast.
The breakfast was very nicw but could have been better. The wait to be seated was long but overral it was nice! (Or maybe we choose a wrong time to come to breakfast 😅😅)

The location is perfect. Right in front of the main entrance to Europa park. Having charging stations was a great plus for us. Breakfast is good.

Super Location!!. Category A, B and C are separate buildings.
Restricted breakfast but prefer the concept of ‘on order’ menu. Exceptional service by the breakfast team. One could see the eagerness to serve.
Free parking is great plus.
Not had a good experience with one of the rooms. The air conditioned didn’t work and it took multiple escalations with the reception for them to acknowledge. Had to move 2 rooms over 2 nights. Eventually got a refund for a downgraded room.
