The breakfast. The breakfast was very nicw but could have been better. The wait to be seated was long but overral it was nice! (Or maybe we choose a wrong time to come to breakfast 😅😅)

Perfect stay for visiting Europa park

The location is perfect. Right in front of the main entrance to Europa park. Having charging stations was a great plus for us. Breakfast is good.

Great family location for those visiting EuropaPark!

Location is perfect - just in front of the Europa Park entrance. Also very convenient that parking is included all day the day of arrival and departure. Big family rooms - kids loved the bunk beds.

Room was ample size for 2 adults and 2 children. Decent breakfast. Free parking to avoid the Europa Park parking costs Only 1 minute walk to Europa Park entrance, could come back to the room very easily.

Could do with a clothes line/rail to dry clothes Breakfast a little weird as the menu doesn't state that you can have multiple items (i.e. more than 1 slice of toast), but the food itself is great. Not many restaurants in town...

Super Location!!. Category A, B and C are separate buildings. Restricted breakfast but prefer the concept of ‘on order’ menu. Exceptional service by the breakfast team. One could see the eagerness to serve. Free parking is great plus.

Not had a good experience with one of the rooms. The air conditioned didn’t work and it took multiple escalations with the reception for them to acknowledge. Had to move 2 rooms over 2 nights. Eventually got a refund for a downgraded room.

Perfect location in front of the park

We were in two superior rooms that were very nice and recently renovated. Located in front of the entrance of the park. Parking was free and also available on the departure day. Breakfast is served at the table which is handy and sustainable compared to buffets.

We think that the staff at breakfast would increase client satisfaction by communicating in a bit more proactive way. The service is actually great but the customer does not know. We received a bit unfriendly comments by staff when looking for beverages, for example. This was a pity because we were not aware that we were not allowed to search beverages on our own. But: once we learned that we would be fully serviced at table, everything was fine. Service was quick and efficient.

Perfect hotel to visit Europa park

If you go to Europa park it’s just 1min walk from the hotel. Very helpful stuff, good breakfast, big rooms.

Good

The hotel is right in front of the main park entrance so the location is very good. You also have a mini-market where you can also get some on-the-spot cooked food (mainly pizza) and it is opened until late in the night. Everything else is standard.
