Amazing apartment with proximity to Europa Park and Rulantica. The apartment was clean and could house 12 people.

1. The check-in counter is next door, but if you inform the arrival time accurately, it's not a big problem. 2. The front is the restaurant and the back is the car park, it can be a bit noisy until 11pm.

I really like the stay. The staff are are nice. They did even want to pick us up in Rulantica after our night swim. They are really worried about us as they wait for our arrival to the hotel. They really have the heart of hospitality and sincerity to accommodate people. We hope to come back again with our friends and family. Thank you so much. 🥰

Location, close to Europa Park and a restaurant

Noise from street and neighbors. One of the guests on the first floor has made too much noise until midnight. My daughter woke up at one point. Also shampoo was not provided in the room, maybe I expected too much! In general, it was ok. I booked in the last minute and high season so shouldn't expect much.

Confortable à 10 minutes à pied du parc europaprk parc leur resto juste à côtés vraiment top très bon Personnels sympa Juste faire attention çar sur les photos on vois 1 appartement cuisine Mais il faut bien lire le descriptif car il y a des chambres simple et des appartements Moi j’avais pas bien lu je pensais avoir une cuisine donc ne faite pas mon erreur Ou sinon à part sa vraiment top et confortable Il y a même à disposition 1 machine à cafe Si nous retournons à Europa Park nous reviendrons chez vous merci

Nur 5 Minuten bis zum Europapark, und Gratis Parkplatz beide tage

Frühstück gab s kein, und die Rezeption sollte besser beschrieben werden , mussten 3x um s ganze Gebäude laufen und noch anrufen bis wir den Schlüssel bekamen.

Hôte très accueillant et disponible. Nous sommes arrivé le soir il a été très sympa de nous laisser manger a la pizzeria à côté de l’appartement malgré la fermeture de la cuisine ! Sanitaires très propres rien à redire, café à disposition, appartement très fonctionnel

Les fenêtres n’ont malheureusement pas de volets, ce qui laisse entrer la lumière

Muito prática e eficiente. Só faz falta mudarem as toalhas de banho.

Da localização, do conforto, do silêncio e da facilidade de check in e check out. Também tínhamos máquina de café e capsulas para utilizar.

Não mudam as toalhas e são poucas. Já que ficamos 2 dias, deveriam ter deixado 2 toalhas de cada. Isso foi mau. O Wi-fi é grátis mas, não tem cobertura no quarto onde ficamos, ou seja, não tivemos Wi-fi.

emplacement proche d'Europapark. grand appartement. possiblité de prendre le petit-déjeuner (payant) dans l'hôtel d'à côté

la troisième chambre n'est pas séparée du salon par une porte. En vrai il y a 2 chambres avec une porte et un 3ème espace nuit avec 2 lits doubles à côté du salon et de la salle à manger, donc ceux qui dorment là-bas n'ont aucune intimité. Seulement un WC pour 9-12 personnes c'est trop peu les 2 lits superposés grincent beaucoup donc dès que le dormeur bouge il réveille tout le monde. la rue passante est très bruyante

Correct, mais sans plus. Matelas en fin de vie.

La remise des clés s'est passée rapidement et sans problème. La chambre était propre et j'ai passé une nuit sans bruits dérangeants notables. La chambre donne sur une rue assez passante mais ce n'est pas une autoroute non plus.

Par contre le lit... C'est autre chose. Le matelas est très usé et cela rend le sommeil compliqué. Un changement de matelas et sommier ne serait pas du luxe.

Emplacement bon, mais logement mauvais.

Emplacement idéal pour aller à Europa Parc en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Possibilité d'arrivée assez tardive (jusqu'à 22h ?), même si le processus d'arrivée après une certaine heure est un peu complexe (il faut aller trouver le réceptionniste dans le restaurant voisin).

La chambre était très très petite. Le matelas était horrible, à peine plus confortable qu'une planche de bois. Le bâtiment était bruyant, avec une fenêtre en tête de lit qui donnait sur la rue et surtout un dortoir à l'étage au-dessus qui faisait beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à minuit ou 1 heure.

perfetta soluzione per visitare europa park e rulantica!

posizione fantastica per visitare europa park, ci si arriva in max 10 minuti a piedi. vicino ci sono molti ristoranti. comodo per lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio del mamma mia il ristorante davanti la struttura. stanza carina, tematizzata londra. 6 posti letto, camera N' 1. frigo ( un po' rumoroso, raffredda molto, ghiaccia anche il contenuto), ci sono le tapparelle ! fantastiche per stare al buio, finestre grandi con possibilità di basculante. bagno comodo, doccia spaziosa, c'è il phon. armadio capiente. c'è un ventilatore e un raffrescatore. molto utili in estate. stanza grande e spaziosa. ci sono anche 2 poltrone e un tavolino. c'è il wifi gratis. c'è una macchinetta del caffe, 3 tazze, 2 bicchieri, capsule e dello zucchero, sarebbe meglio in bustine cosi non prende polvere. lo consiglio con alcuni accorgimenti, portate i tappi, asciugamani da casa e il vostro cuscino. per il resto top.

letto con materasso troppo duro ( anche se dopo il secondo giorno non te ne accorgi per la stanchezza), cuscini non adatti alle federe, cuscino quadrato messo in una federa rettangolare, scomodi per dormire, per fortuna ho portato il mio cuscino da casa se no non sarei riuscita a dormire. tende troppo trasparenti, con le tapparelle su chi passa, la stanza e sul lato strada sul marciapiede, vede tutto nella stanza, per cambiarsi bisogna tirarle giu. hp trovato molte ragnatele e 3 ragni. molto rumoroso, si sente tutto quello che succede per strada , sia con le finestre aperte che chiuse, si sentono macchine e persone che parlano. il ristorante mamma mia è davanti e c'è casino fino a quando non chiude alle 23. la porta è sottile e si sente tutto dal pianerottolo. asciugamani in bagno di un grigio strano, forse erano bianchi e con il tempo si sono scuriti, non li ho usati, sul primo c'era un capello, io ho usato i miei, il mio ragazzo li ha usati lo stesso.

Posizione ottima per soggiorni brevi vicino ai parchi

Buona posizione per i parchi Europa Park e Rulantica. La camera era spaziosa e funzionale. All'arrivo ci è stata fornita una bottiglia d'acqua. Il self check out è sicuramente comodo quando si viaggia. Siamo stati una sera a mangiare al ristorante di fianco, non male

L'arrivo è stato un po' complesso, c'era un cartello che indicava la reception dietro l'edificio e poi un ulteriore cartello che indicava di chiamare un numero. Purtroppo non abbiamo dormito benissimo, il materasso e i cuscini erano abbastanza scomodi... il wi-fi ha smesso di funzionare il giorno dopo che siamo arrivati e non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo. Inoltre gli altri ospiti (che avevano prenotato le altre due camere) utilizzavano l'atrio come loro stanza comunicante e la mattina presto facevano molto rumore fuori dalla porta parlando e passando in continuazione da una stanza all'altra.

Seul point positif la chambre était propre. Et proche d’Europa-Park.

L’accueil du patron froid et méprisant. Insonorisation insuffisante. Emplacement à 2 pas de la terrasse du restaurant bondée donc bruit affreux et inadapté au séjour d’une famille avec petits enfants. Prix exagéré pour cette prestation.

目の前がレストランで、音もあって窓が開けられなかったため、室内がすごく暑かったが、その旨伝えたら、ファンを準備してくれて、すごく快適になったすぐ対応してくれたスタッフの方に感謝小さいとは言え冷蔵庫もあり、また駐車場もあってよかったヨーロッパパーク入り口までは7.8分近くて良かった隣のイタリアンレストランには行けなかったが、とても繁盛していたし、他にもちょこちょこレストランがあって便利なエリアだった

エアコンがないこと（真夏以外は気にならないかも）
