Definitely not worth the money

The place was reasonably clean with no bugs, and the shower worked. The location was satisfactory, in the town of Rust. The lady took our dirty dishes and washed them when the kitchen sink was broken.

- The owner/worker at the house would simply open our locked door and walk into our rooms unannounced, multiple times over the days we stayed there. - The booking said breakfast was included, but when I asked about breakfast after checking in, I was told it was no longer offered. Instead, stale cereal and dusty tea bags were available in our room. - The wifi was completely unusable. I kept asking for passwords for a few wifi networks named Romantica or similar with stronger reception from our rooms, but they refused to give them to me and stopped replying to my messages. - Most of the mattresses were uncomfortable and some were broken (e.g. springs sticking out the middle). The pillows were flat and we were only given one (very flat) pillow and one small blanket per person. We were not given more pillows or blankets when we asked. - The kitchen sink was broken when we were there. - The rooms were extremely cold when we first arrived, but after turning on the heaters, the rooms became too warm. One heater couldn't be turned on and another couldn't be turned off, so we struggled to get a comfortable enough temperature to sleep. - There was only one key for 3 of us which was inconvenient.

The owner of the property was very friendly, helpful ( although she couldn't speak english) and breakfast was 👍🏻 good.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Anytime making a movement beds creaked a lot. During the night we woke up often.

Good room size, property needs to be more responsive.

Location is good, walking distance to Europapark and plenty restaurants. Beds are actually very comfortable. Room size is really big for 4 of us with 2 big beds and 4 single beds. Breakfast was basic but good enough. On-site ladies are very kind and helpful who fixed the shower issue.

Communication with property through online Booking chat is very poor, no response at all. No reply to mobile or SMS neither. It was frustrating when the shower was blocked in the evening and we cannot take shower properly.

Schimmel in der Dusche - Ist es den Preis nicht wert!

Schimmel in der ganzen Dusche! Nur 3 große Handtücher und 2 davon lagen halb auf dem Boden. Dreck im Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Fremde Sachen lagen in den Schubladen. Keine Möglichkeit um Jacken aufzuhängen. Marmeladenpäckchen im Zimmer obwohl kein Frühstück existiert geschweige Enno eine Küche. Heißwasserkocher auf dem Zimmer aber nur Sprudelwasser daneben. Teebeutel aber geöffnet :( Sehr Unhygienisch

1- communication difficile , la propriétaire ne parlant que l’Allemand et un Anglais très approximatif ce qui n’aide pas quand nous rencontrons un problème tel que 2- 2- Pas de petit déjeuner prévu par la propriétaire, alors que bien proposé et payé avec la chambre sur booking, problème booking ou propriétaire allez savoir en attendant pas de petit déjeuner car nous n’avions évidemment rien prévu ou apporté. Extrêmement décevant. 3-Très mauvaise isolation de l’appartement, il y avait d’autres locataires de vacance dans le même immeuble au dessus de notre logement que l’on entendait marcher produisant des grincements dans le plafond et alors que dire quand ils ont fait la fête, soirée très pénible et impossible de dormir avant une heure avancée de la nuit.

Comfortabeler Zimmer, und sauber

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt, in der Unterkunft hieß es dann: nein Frühstück machen wir nicht mehr. Das Zimmer war eiskalt, brauchte 4/5 Stunden bis es warm war. Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Und am Morgen als wir gehen wollten waren wir zugeparkt, ( im Foto sieht mann kaum das auto) und konnten niemanden erreichen. Haben dann alle die noch da waren aus dem Bett geklingelt

Al met al een goed verblijf, alleen niet de beloofde keuken faciliteiten die op de foto's stonden.

Zeer fijne host, snelle reacties. Appartement was schoon en proper. Locatie is rustig maar ook dichtbij pretparken en faciliteiten. Mocht zelfs een dagje langer parkeren op hun parking.

Incheck proces kon iets duidelijker, we hebben in het donker moeten zoeken en wifi code nergens te vinden. Het appartement was redelijk groot, met een fijne bank. Bedden waren okay, keukenfaciliteiten vielen tegen en mag men niet als kitchenette bestempelen. Geen oven, of kookplaat, alleen een zeer klein koelkastje en koffiemachine. Ook geen mogelijkheden om zelf af te wassen.

Wir fühlen uns abgezockt, erhebliche Mängelliste und katastrophal schlechte Betten. Finger weg!

Die Vermieterin haben wir nicht gesehen, zumindest (das einzig Positive) war sie erreichbar und nett am Telefon - hilft mir aber nicht viel weiter.

Absolute Katastrophe: Es ging schon beim Checkin los: Den falschen Code erhalten, so dass ich dann in einem Zimmer Stand das von jemandem schon besetzt war, eine sehr unangenehme Situation. Dann war im Zimmer 25 Grad mindestens, trotz offenem Fenstern war es nachts unerträglich warm. Die Betten waren von der allerbilligsten Kategorie, ein quietschender Lattenrost, 2 billige dünne und leichte Einzelmatratzen die dann nachts immer wieder auseinander gerutscht sind als ich mich umgedreht habe. Ich bin dann mehrfach auf dem blanken Lattenrost aufgewacht und konnte dann ab 3 Uhr gar nicht mehr schlafen weil ich dann irgendwann so sauer war. Die Bettdecke war vom Format her lächerlich klein - da hat man wirklich an jeden 5€ für die Ausstattung gespart. Die Sauberkeit war leider auch nicht angemessen, siehe Fotos. Auf dem WC gab es keine Klobürste was ebenfalls unangenehm war. Das WLAN war so schwach dass es nicht bis zu meinem bett gereicht hat und man musste einen ewig langen code eingeben, hab ich auch noch nicht erlebt. Nächste Überraschung bei der Suche nach dem Frühstücksraum. Per Telefon erfuhren wir dann dass es gar kein Frühstück gibt - extrem ärgerlich, da wir ja Frühstück mit gebucht (auch auf der Buchungsbestätigung vermerkt) und bezahlt hatten. Ich habe für die Unannehmlichkeiten nun 50€ Entschädigung von der Vermieterin nach unserer Beschwerde erhalten. Für mich bei weitem nicht ausreichend bei diesen massiven Verfehlungen. Zumal das Frühstück ja üblicherweise schon 15€ pro Person kostet. Bei einem Preis von 180€ für das Zimmer kann man schon einen gewissen Standard erwarten. So fühlen wir uns einfach nur abgezockt, was für eine Frechheit.

Séjour plutôt mauvais que super...

L'emplacement est idéal pour aller à Europapark et le lieu est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très correct mais pas exceptionnel.

Tout est très mal expliqué ce n'est pas un hôtel mais plus un gîte ou un Airbnb. Donc passer 20h j'ai dû appeler l'hôte pour savoir comment rentrer dans l'appartement et elle ne parle pas un mot d'anglais juste l'allemand. Elle a été très gentille mais là communication a duré un temps interminable à 21h du soir -3degré dans le brouillard.... Ensuite envie de prendre une douche le soir(période de règles pour moi...) au bout de 3min plus d'eau chaude et le lendemain matin pareil. L'hôte m'a trouvé la solution d'aller prendre une douche dans un autre logement en passant par l'extérieur avec des gens qui étaient sur le départ.... Un moindre mal. Petit déjeuner très correct et pour compenser elle nous a offert le parking d'Europa Park... Pour finir mon mari a gelé toute la nuit dans la chambre aucune couverture en plus... Il a dormi tout habillé avec des couches en plus.

Keine schriftliche Antwort vorab auf meine Frage. Beleuchtung im Bad war sehr dürftig. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Im TV waren die meisten Hauptsender verschlüsselt. Das Frühstücksangebot war nicht sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum war nicht geheizt. Es war echt kalt.
