Location was good

For 6 people, would be better to have maybe 2 bathrooms. Also shower gel was in a small packet, would be good to add more. The fact that we could not leave the luggage there after checking out and being able to fetch later was not ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pension Kuhn whilst visiting Europa Park and Rulantica. It's within easy walking distance of both attractions and there is a bus service to and from the local station that's easily walkable from the pension too. The hosts were lovely. The man that checked us in spoke English which made things easy and the lady who served us breakfast was very nice too. Breakfast was included and was very tasty with lots of options on offer. The room was clean and a decent size with a table and chairs as well as the bed. The en-suite is small but the shower was nice and hot. For the money it's great value. What's more, when we went to check out they gave us a small bottle of champagne as a gift which was very much appreciated! Thanks for a great stay.

Pleasant

Good location in Rust, near restaurants and walking distance to Europapark

The bedroom was in the basement with no ventilation in the bathroom. Our towels were still wet after 24 hours and the room always had a damp smell. The owners were not very friendly or helpful, we never got a message or anything and when we arrived there was a telephone number at the doorbell to find out in which box the key was. They weren’t wearing masks and there was no real Covid-19 measures in place, a buffet breakfast without any alcohol gel where everyone had to use the same spoons to get food from the buffet.

Die Nähe zum Europa-Park.

Nur weil es nahe ist zum Europa-Park rechtfertigt es diesen Preis nicht. Zimmer viel zu klein, billige Einrichtung. Bett zu klein. Frühstück war gut. Personal, kein Lächeln. Für 400Euro für 2 Nächte (2Pers) hätte ich mehr erwartet. Schade.

Gute Lage zum Europa Park und Nähe zu umliegenden Restaurants. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Gästekarte für kostenloses parkieren beim Europa Park. Sauberkeit

Zimmer eher klein. Matratze eher weich. Frühstück erst ab 8.00 Uhr. Ab 7.30 Uhr wäre idealer.

Die Nähe zum Europapark und dass es ein wenig zum frühstücken gab, sowie kostenloser Parkplatz.

Nachtrag zur Antwort vom 24.09.25: Es entspricht nicht der Wahrheit eine Bewertung angedroht zu haben. Wie man einigen Bewertungen und unseren Fotos entnehmen kann, entspricht unsere Wahrnehmung den Tatsachen. Wie schon vermutet, nimmt sich die Pension die vorhandenen Mängel nicht zum Anlass, nachzubessern. Die Unterkunft war in keinem gepflegten Zustand (für das gezahlte Geld hat es unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt). So war der Föhn defekt, der Fernseher hat kein Bild gezeigt, am Stecker vom Kühlschrank waren die Drähte zu sehen, welche notdürftig mit Panzertape geflickt waren. Macken und Schrammen an den Wänden, Zigarettenabdruck auf dem Nachttisch. Schimmel in der Dusche, Kalk und Dreck an der Außenseite der Dusche, Duschtüren ließen sich nicht richtig schließen, sodass das Wasser ins Badezimmer lief. Macke und abgeplatztes Dekor im und am Spiegel. Blutfleck auf dem Badvorleger. Abgeplatzter Lack am Heizkörper im Bad, sowie Rost. Altes Kaugummi an der Fensterbank. Betten sind viel zu weich, wir konnten kaum schlafen. Eine Scherbe lag neben dem Bett. Wände sind so dünn, dass man alles vom Flur und aus den Nachbarzimmern hört. Die Gastgeberin reagiert auf angesprochene Punkte unprofessionell und unsachlich, obwohl dazu aufgerufen wurde sich im Falle von Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit zu melden. Wie man anhand der Antworten auf andere Rezensionen erkennen kann, wird anstatt aus Fehlern zu lernen, hier nur die Schuld beim Gast gesucht.

Buchung war einfach und unkompliziert. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und Check in war auch schnell und einfach. Kommunikation war freundlich und beim Frühstück war alles dabei was man benötigt. Ich empfehle es !

Freundliches Personal, Gutes Frühstück. Für einen Aufenthalt in Rust sind die Zimmer gut. Es hat alles was mann braucht. An heissen Tagen kann es in der Wohnung sehr heiss sein, nur Deckenventilator.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Sehr netter Chef, sehr entgegenkommend, ich übernachtete mehrmals hier, als meine Frau in Bad Abbach zur Reha war, herrliches Frühstück, das meine Frau von extern mitkommt, da das Essen in der Klinik nicht so gut war, war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Lage ist außerdem perfekt gewesen, ein kurzer Spaziergang durch den Kurpark und schon war ich an der Klinik. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Grds gute Unterkunft für Parkbesucher

Ich hatte die Unterkunft für meine 17 jährige Tochter und ihren volljährigen Freund gebucht, weil die beiden zusammen in den Europapark wollten. Direkt nach der Buchung hab ich die Unterkunft angeschrieben und darüber informiert, dass nicht ich selbst anreisen werde. Daraufhin schrieb man mir, dass ich meiner Tochter bitte einen Zweizeiler mitgeben sollte, dass ich für Schäden hafte. Das fand ich schon etwas "übergriffig", aber ich dachte noch, ok, evtl haben sie schlechte Erfahrungen mit jungen Erwachsenen gemacht... Meine Tochter berichtete dann, dass sie den Zettel abgegeben habe, als Antwort dann aber ein "brauche ich nicht" erhalten hat und dass die beiden auch nicht übermäßig freundlich behandelt wurden... junge Gäste scheint man nicht hofieren zu müssen. Aber auch das ist ein persönliches Empfinden. Trotzdem haben mich beide Dinge dazu gebracht, die Unterkunft nur "neutral" mit einer 5 von 10 zu bewerten. Keine Stunde später ruft mich die Besitzerin an und möchte mich deswegen zur Rede stellen. Das empfinde ich als absolute Frechheit. Ja, dass die beiden das Auto am Tag der Abreise, dem Tag, an dem die beiden ja erst in den Park gehen wollten, nicht stehen lassen durften, war unglücklich, wurde von uns vorab aber auch nicht angefragt und dass das Zimmer extrem heiß war, weil keine Klima vorhanden, lässt sich grds auch nicht bewerten, weil keine klima beworben wurde. Trotzdem hat es dazu beigetragen, dass wir diese Unterkunft eben nicht mehr buchen würden. Eine solch resolute Kontaktaufnahme nach meiner Beurteilung tut allerdings wirklich ihr übriges!

Personnel désagréable (aucun sourire), paiement d’un supplément de 50€ sur place (pour notre enfant), couettes trop petites, hébergement dans une cave (fenêtre au ras du sol devant les voitures)
