A great stay

The Ricci family made my stay here an absolute joy. I was only there for two nights, but they were always around to help, answer questions, and go above and beyond. The room was small buy comfortable, lovely and quiet just by the river behind. Breakfast was lovely too.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect, the location is central to both the Europa Park and the local bus station that will take you anywhere for free. The rooms are nice, breakfast is very good, wifi is very fast and the hostess is amazing and extremely helpful. We would love staying here if we come again and would reccomend it to anyone!

Location and breakfast were decent. There was parking on the premises which is always satisfying.

Very loud, the room was next to the street and you could hear the cars driving past and that was very annoying since you had to close the window to be able to sleep. As there was no AC that made the room feel like a sauna, i melted the whole night. Staff was friendly though, he fulfilled our request immediately.

Exceptional

Perfectly clean, high quality fittings and finish, super comfortable beds, great shower, easy free parking. . We had family room 2 which was just perfect, great size, super comfortable for all. Really good buffet breakfast with a bit of everything. Location is fantastic for Europa park, 7-8 min easy walk. Above all though is the hotel owners, way above and beyond expectation, absolutely fantastic and so personal.

Ggf könnte man über dem Spiegel im Bad eine zusätzliche Beleuchtung installieren für die Damenwelt….aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau 🫣

Zeer goed meegevallen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, goede uitleg. Lieve gastheer. Oud gebouw maar mooi opgeknapt. Mooie grote kamer en lekker ontbijt. Vlakbij Europapark.

Geen airco. Wel twee ventilatoren. Momenteel geen online betalingen.

Fantastische gastvrijheid! Heerlijk hotel!

Zeer schone fijne familiekamer, met heel comfortabele bedden. Compleet ontbijt met voor ieder wat wils. Familie Ricci is zeer vriendelijk en toen er iets mis bleek met onze boeking, buiten de schuld van het hotel om, werd er alles aan gedaan om het op te lossen voor ons. Enorm klantvriendelijk, Nina en familie nogmaals veel dank! Perfecte afstand ten opzichte van Europa Park, binnen 10 minuten loop je daar heen.

Zalige nacht na een hele drukke dag in Europapark!

Heel mooie en ruime kamer met prima bedden! We lieten de ramen 's nachts openstaan en dat kan perfect omdat het HEEL rustig is in de buurt. We hebben heel goed geslapen. Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker met vers brood, enkele streekproducten en heel veel variatie. De eigenares kwam zelf een eitje en de warme drankjes brengen.

Teveel geld voor kwaliteit. Afstand tot Euroapark is goed.

Op loopafstand van Europepark, Auto goed te parkeren en op loopafstand van wat restaurants.

Veel te kleine kamer voor 4 personen. ‘Op zolder bij Oma op het oude bed met nooit geupdate badkamer’ gevoel. Aardige mensen die hun best deden je s’ochtends een goed ontbijtje te geven. Prijs was te hoog voor de kwaliteit die werd geboden.

Excellent accueil, communication avec les hôtes accessibles avec les notions de français nécessaires pour se comprendre. Chambre propre, avec ventilateur, bien équipé. Très proche du parc, avec vue sur les attractions. Je recommande pour votre prochain passage à Rust !
