Rally wanted to love this hotel, but sadly just could not. It was way over priced for the stay, I have wanted to stay in one of the move and pick hotels for quite some years and now not sure why. Other move and pick hotels have free chocolaty hour where this hotel had no such thing, don’t understand how a standed chain of hotels can be so different in what is offered. Would never recommend this brand of hotel to anyone as far as I could tell the manager of the hotel has is dog on site and it seems to be treated better then the guests. Not even a single small tube of ice cream offered anywhere in the hotel other then at reception to purchase at a very expensive coast for the most smallest of tiny tub available… tried to charge me over $300 for laundry (I could have bought a washing machine for that price and gave it away when leaving the hotel and would still be better off then the none iron cloths I received back. Mini bar fridge in the room did not work and the best suggestion they had was well we have a Friidge at reception. Ya sure that want I want on my holiday I just can’t wait to run to reception everytime I would like a cold drink of my own. All I can say is don’t !!! Don’t bother with this chain of hotel, Your better of with a 2 or 3 star hotel, other then the 4star hotel they claim to be and the price that charge in accordance of the 4 star so called rating and this was in Switzerland!!! Go figure it’s a Swiss band ice cream and would have thought one of the best out of all of the chains around the world. I have stayed in better 3 star accommodation in a old country town and got more value and comfort then this large international chain provided. DONT EVEN BOTHER….currently in another hotel now and feel like I am welcome and at home from the very beginning of my stay and I am only on day 1st of this hotel and should have never booked the move and pick hotel no matter what country I have learnt my lesson with this chain of crap they call 4⭐️

Exceeded my expectations. Great customer service, great rate, great location and amazing restaurant with nearby Migros for other needs. My family stayed here on our way back from our trip to fly back home. It was 15 min from airport and had all the amenities needed. Comfortable bed and most off all impressive restaurant downstairs that was actually one of the best food we had in all out travels. Highly recommend.

Significant and memorable

The high quality of customer service provided by Sindy Fischer left a massive positive impression on us. She was often the first person we greet in the mornings and she was always ready to provide the best possible options, be it for breakfast or for things to do in Zurich. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. Thank you also for the backroom staff of the breakfast team for offering wonderful options behind the scenes!

OK if you have business in the area, but don't expect too much.

The hotel was located conveniently for the event we had to attend (You frankly wouldn't stay there if you went sightseeing in Zurich). Nonetheless, there are restaurants and a shopping mall close by so it was convenient. The train station is a 10 to 15 minutes walk (or 2 stations by bus) and the Zurich city center a 20 minutes train ride. The mattresses and beds are comfortable.

My son dropped something under the bed, and when he bent down to pick it up, he found an old adapter plug someone had forgotten. It was all dusty. God knows how long it had been there. We found it overpriced for what it is. (the hotel must have been half empty based on the holidays, the amount of cars in the garage and the breakfast traffic), yet we found it expensive. We went to the bar to have a cocktail, which were overpriced (for sitting on wooden palettes with the view of the shopping mall) and not very good. My Dark and Stormy had no dark rum and was WAY too strong...

4 star stay at a residential area

The location is very near to train station and accessible through bus just in front of hotel. The room was very spacious.Toilet were very clean. Can visit the nearby shopping area(1minute walk)with enough restaurants to have food and for purchase of groceries.Overall our experience was above expectations.
