The free airport shuttle was very helpful. The room was a good size.

The room looked old and the decor is tired and worn. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; old trash was still in the bin. The beds were not well made.

A less than ideal experience at this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The shuttle to the airport was my reason for booking this hotel and this was frequent and convenient.

I took the train and then a tram to the nearest stop to this hotel. It was a building site, dark, quite unsafe, and on a busy road so not ideal for a lone female traveler. It was expensive for the grubby dated room in need of repair and to top this off the bar advertised a free drink, if you scan their QR code and download their APP. After ordering and doing so they refused to provide the offer and took around 15 minutes to resolve this which felt rather awkward and poor customer care. The manager finally honoured their promoted offer.

Excellent!!! Super staff, front desk staff were very, very helpful & kind, just great!!! Breakfast had an excellent selection & staff were welcoming & very kind. Close to airport, free shuttle very useful just beware of operating times. Easy & fast to get into city from airport on train. Public transit also close by. Room was lovely, clean , well appointed, bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, would absolutely stay again. Movenpick ice cream for sale at reception, FABULOUS!!!

Close to ten station and staff were accomodating. Great place to stay!

The only thing I would recommend is that if you have guests who specifically state that they will be arriving early for check-in, then rooms need to be available for that request. To wait in a hotel close to the airport but not to the city is not ideal when you’ve travelled 24 hours to get to the country. Especially when you’re tired, you need a shower and you need to chill in your own space. The staff were very accommodating and were able to find us a room to share while our second room was been organised . For that we were very appreciative.

Good stay. Free airport shuttle. Recommend the hotel!

Easy access and pick-up from the Zurich airport by their shuttle bus - no problems! We showed up a bit earlier, the person working front desk (don't remember his name, though he said he's from Morocco), great guy, gave us great instructions how to get to the Zurich Centrum; stored our staff in a locker room. Then an African-Swiss lady was great too, gave me wife a great heads-up on Zurich! Much appreciated. And the airport shuttle is free as promised.

You gotta pay for the coffee in the lobby. In the US, coffee is free, we were kinda surprised. Not a big deal, though.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was enormous and the beds were very comfortable.

Very expensive, and a rather inconvenient walk from the nearest rail station. The tram does stop closer to the hotel, fortunately. The bathroom was very dated and tired.

Short oasis of calm and warm hospitality when stranded after flight cancellation

I wanted to give a big shout to both front of house staff who checked me in on Thursday 23 October. I had to stay an extra night and I had just got some bad news. The staff was so warm and welcoming and really did their best to make me comfortable even though they were busy after many flight cancellations. One of the staff members told me a little about his life in Cologne before he came to Zurich. I specifically wanted to leave this review to say that I really appreciated his help and that of his colleague who kindly upgraded my room in the circumstances. It gave me a brief moment of rest and feeling comfortable in a challenging trip. It also felt that they gave the hotel experience a warm and human touch. Thank you both, please keep on doing what you are doing!

Frequent free shuttle buses every almost 15min. Breakfast is enjoyable. Very good.

Lack of the number of front staff, long queue to check-in. A tall light didn't work in the room but no one fixed it. The bottom of water in the room had been partially consumed which is gross.

Good comfort and proximity to the airport.

Great location close to the airport. The hotel offers free airport shuttle that starts at 4 am. They have a break during the day I believe it is from noon until 4 pm so that is the only thing that I didn’t like. Otherwise the hotel is great as they also offer long term parking for a good price. This was my second stay and I will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip.

Close to the airport, have a free shuttle service (but not 24h)

There's no real air conditioning, there's only a ventilation system and was confirmed by the reception. The bed wasn't a real double bed, two single attached, so wasn't comfortable. So the combination of the bed and the hot room don't let get a decent sleep. Also arriving at around 11pm and there's nothing you can get there to eat, for an airport hotel, is problematic to say the least. For 150 euros a night, I expect more.

Pleasantly surprised by a comfortable stay

I had read some very bad reviews before I arrived at the hotel and wondered if I had made an error to book at this hotel. But the staff was wonderful and the facilities were definitely acceptable, if a little tired. The room was comfortable and, importantly for me, the window was able to open and there was enough light in the main area of the bedroom.

Sadly there was evidence of mould in the shower area. I just had to close my eyes and and live with it.

Disappointing and dirty

Location

We were initially given a room that was not cleaned despite our late arrival. Manager apologised and said he would give us an upgrade but we were given a standard room. It was confirmed by 4 staff members that our supposed upgraded room was actually a standard room. The bathroom had a filthy tap with brown scum on it and the toilet bowl and rim had dark faecal stains on them that suggest that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time.

It’s an okay hotel and was not up to the standard they normally are.

The room was spacious, nice vibes and friendly staff at reception. We stayed a night but somehow the machine didn’t charge us for parking which is £29

We booked this hotel because of its name but the standard of the room was okay. Decent size room but the mattress and the pillows weren’t comfortable at all. The shower wasn’t great and even though we booked the room for 4 people, the room only had 3 towels. It wasn’t value for money and they need to upgrade their rooms. The checkout process was slow. Took us 15 mins to checkout in the morning as they only had one counter open.

There is a free shuttle that run to the airport most of the day. There is some time in the middle of the afternoon when it doesn’t go so be aware. There is a nice bar/restaurant with friendly staff. Everything we ordered was good but very expensive but that is Switzerland. It was quiet and convient. The shower had good power.

We could not get the room cool. It was hotter in our room in the morning than it was in the hallway. It was sweating hot. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Not happy at all

Just location as it is near from airport and the have airport pick up and drop services for free

No one answers the calls at reception. This issue is when called from room and if called from outside the hotel. Calling the number from outside is another pain as it is automated response which never responds to our point. They will deduct 100 Swiss franks for deposit and no clue on the timelines by when it can be refunded. Not a single message was responded by the hotel on the deposit refund till now though the check out happened 2 weeks before.

Decent overnight stay near the Zurich airport

This hotel was convenient for us as an overnight stay before our return to the US. It’s quite close to the airport, and has a free shuttle that operates during the morning and evening, but not in the afternoon. It’s a quick tram ride from the airport, but about a 1/3 mile walk from the tram stop to the hotel. We arrived late due to a problem on the rail lines between Bern and Zurich, so we did not use any hotel amenities or try to eat nearby, so can’t really comment there. There were a number of tour buses parked outside when we arrived, but our late arrival and early departure meant we didn’t see any large groups, though I suspect they were there.

We had read many complaints about the A/C. Our room seemed to work OK, though I can see where if you need it really cold you might have an issue. As is common in Europe, the rooms are setup so you must put a room key in a slot to activate electric/utilities, so there was no A/C running before we got into the room. The writing on the HVAC thermostat was mostly rubbed off so it was not immediately clear how to set the temperature. It seemed in our case that turned all the way “up” was actually the coldest, but I couldn’t be sure. It seemed to work for us. Desk check-in and out was a little slow, so especially when leaving, give your self a little extra time. We were a larger group so transports between the hotel and airport was important, and we were too many to use a single Uber or taxi. If I was traveling alone or just with my wife, I’d probably opt for something nicer and get my own ride to the airport.

No AC poor bedding pillows esp are a joke. no complimentary coffee at reception and room coffee maker was not working had to call twice to get new one. Restaurant closed at 9:45 nothing close by so had to go to city via train to eat

It was conveniently located and a reasonable price. Clean, large comfortable rooms. Overall a great place to stay and good value.

The only thing was the smell of the rooms. We asked to change rooms as to me it smelled of stale cigarettes. We moved but the new room smelled similar and I think it was just that it hadn’t had the windows opened much as the noise of traffic was Klondike with the with window opened much. Overall thought it was just fine.
