All went well but we could not get early check-in

Used for an overnight stay after holidays, late evening arrival and went back home the next day. I picked this hotel after a former positive experience. The shuttle from ZH airport is v convenient and and used it back the next day to catch the train to home.
V efficient staff at 11pm (praise to Bilal), spacious, spotless clean and comfortable room, well furnished, with some basics included (water, coffee, tea) for more than one use.
King size bed feeling as new.
We did not use the breakfast, looking excellent from the outside.
Te bathroom could be more modern.
Still perfectly clean and functional.
Minimal things really and rest absolutely unreproachable.

Great staff and spacious room and convenient for the airport. You can book in for the airport shuttle.

The fit and finish of the room was right out of the 1990's, and not in a good way. Chipped worn out furniture and cracked sanitary ware in the bathroom.
