Room itself was large and clean with comfortable bed, but it had several defects; e.g. tissue paper was out of stock and TV did not respond with its remote controller. Important reminder would be the hotel is located at a bit tricky place from its near-by rail station; I lost its way for 10 minutes. Shuttle service to the aiport was nice, though.

I didn't get a chance to eat here but had a nice drink at the bar and my room was upgraded with a lot of complimentary beverages in the mini bar. The staff was wonderful and helpful in letting me stay another night when my flight was canceled.

Quiet and close to the airport. Good for late night arrivals or people who need to stay to go to the airport in the morning. Comfortable beds, good showers and the best pillows. Plus the staff was very understanding and helpful when I got sick. Assisting me with a taxi service to get medicine and understanding when I needed to extend my stay.

Stayed 1 night at this property. The lovely lady who checked me in was very kind & helpful, although I didn’t catch her name. The room was basic, but comfy enough for 1 person & a 1 night stay. Convenient shuttle service to/from the airport. Had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Food was good & service was good! Would recommend for a short stay.

THERE ISPRACTICALLY NO LUNCH SERVICE AT THE RESTAURANT, YOU CAN ONLY HAVE LUNCH AT YHE BAR WITH A VERY LIMITED MENU (MAINLY SANDWICHES AND HAMBURGERS) AND RHEY ARE TERRIBLE AND THE SERVICE IS LOUSY. ON THE OTHER HAND, BREAKFAST IS GOOD.

We stayed here for one night before our flight since it’s only about a 5-minute drive to the airport. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When I checked in with a rental car, the receptionist explained overnight parking was 28 CHF. I mentioned I’d just be unloading before returning the car, and he kindly said not to worry—he let me park, take my time, and even waived the fee once I gave him the parking ticket. That gesture was very much appreciated. Breakfast wasn’t included, and the room didn’t have an iron. We were told housekeeping could bring one around 6:30 am, but since we checked out at 6 am, that was a little inconvenient. Also, the room felt a bit tight for 3 people, but it would be perfect for two. At check-in, we paid $31.89 USD which covered property/city taxes plus the airport shuttle fee (5 CHF per person). The shuttle is complimentary if you’re coming from the airport to the hotel, but the trip back to the airport has this small charge. Overall, great value, spotless rooms, and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for anyone flying in or out of the airport.

I love the room it was so clean! The only thing I don’t like the lights in the hallway turned off at night. It will automatically turned off its like a sensor thing. The service was good. When we asked for roll away bed it came immediately. The buffet restaurant feels like a fine dining. The food was great. All in all we are satisfied!

Conveniently located near the airport, with complimentary one way shuttle service from the airport (return is 5CHF pp). Also a short walk to the tram station which can get you into the city center within 30 minutes. Check in was easy and allowed for early check in.

Even though I had checked out from the hotel, my missed baggage from airline was collected and kept safe without any questions.
