The hospitality is way out of this world . i like everything from the receptionist ,waitresses to the bar .the service was immaculate. I Will definitly come back 😊. I like the rooms very big and worth it . My favorite thing in the room was the mirror I couldn’t stop taking pictures.

Unbeatable location for the aiport with excellent facilities.

Perfect location at the airport . Nice spacious rooms. It's inside the circle with access to shopping and 5' walk to airport. Very good Lebanese restaurant inside hotel. Excellent breakfast.

The only issue we had was that the sink was clogged but I trust they fixed it for the next customer.

I would not prefer to stay at Hyatt simply because of the lack of transparency, customer care

The comfort of the room and the location of the hotel

Heavy Security deposit (100 Swiss Francs per person per night). Huge delays in releasing the security deposit after check-out. I was given a duration of 36-72 hours. The amount was released after rigorous follow-ups I booked the hotel via Booking.com for a certain rate. At the end of the stay I was charged 112 Euros extra. Though I provided the confirmation from Booking.com

We chose this hotel as our base for a six day vacation exploring the area. It was convenient and so nice to come back to

Wonderful location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The fee that that is pended at time of initial registration to cover damages, charges to room etc., seemed unreasonable. At time of checkout, informed that May take several days for that to be released as pended from our credit card, we are optimistic.

Perfect night’s stay for exploring Zurich before our flight

Literally everything. It’s a few min walk from the airport train station and terminal. Super duper clean. Lovely decor, gorgeous lobby. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland.

A breakfast buffet at CHF 45 per person is hardly what I would consider budget-friendly. Fortunately there are frühstuck options nearby. A large tv screen without HD resolution is somewhat odd. I tried to adjust the resolution but gave up.

Beautifully decorated and very clean hotel located right across the street from the Zurich airport in a nice development called the circle. Very large rooms and bathrooms.

No complaints. The hotel is at the higher end of prices for hotels near the airport, but is well worth it.

A modern hotel with all the facilities you need. The rooms were very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the overall design was sleek and modern. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. We felt satisfied and ready for the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect—right near Zurich Airport. It’s easy to find restaurants nearby or at the airport itself.

Inefficient Staff

Check in process was very bad. Attendant (Named Princess) at check in could not pull out combined reservations for 2 rooms. She did not know about inclusion of breakfast but found out upon my insistence and showing her my reservation. I thought she was a trainee. She was blaming booking.com for her inefficiency.
