Plus point this hotel walking distance to airport. I checked in late at night and found out the hotel towel have a huge whole, no tissue paper and other guest stuff is not removed from the room. I am unable to reachout to front desk and housekeeping as the department is closed.

If it were not for the hotel’s direct connection to the airport and our need to catch an early flight, we would not have chosen to stay here. From the moment we arrived, no one offered to assist us with our luggage or even informed us that trolleys were available, despite several staff members being present. We had to locate a trolley ourselves. The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member appeared impatient when answering our questions and came across as rude, as she continued typing on her laptop without giving us proper attention. She also failed to inform us about the complimentary chocolates, candies, and drinks available in the lobby—we only discovered these ourselves. The room was quite dark, with insufficient lighting in the bedroom. In addition, the shower floor was very slippery, requiring extra caution. The service at check-out was similarly unsatisfactory. Staff seemed more focused on their computers than on assisting guests, and again did not provide attentive service when we asked questions. Overall, it is clear that the staff would benefit from further training. For a four-star hotel, the overall experience—especially the service—was extremely disappointing.

Was stuck in Zurich a couple of extra days. It is connected to the train station and airport terminals making it extremely convenient. Also, I switched from Hyatt Place at the Circle. Rad Blu is a better hotel.
