Very disappointing stay. We arrived at 12 p.m. to leave our luggage, but the hotel was locked and there was no staff. The whole process of check in was disorganized. Although the room had a kitchenette, the hotel refused to provide an electric kettle, microwave, or even basic utensils, saying cooking was not allowed. It makes no sense to have a kitchenette if guests cannot use it. Breakfast was also disappointing, with no staff present and very little service. The only positive point is the convenient location near the bus stop. Unfortunately, because of the poor service and lack of basic amenities, I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the property. The staff is extremely co-operative and helpful and polite. The location is great, and is at a walking distance from the tram station and two departmental stores.

I’ll start with my arrival. The hotel has no reception or luggage-storage facilities; instead, there is a self-service check-in machine by the entrance. I tried to check in at 3 p.m., but the machine didn’t work. I repeatedly called and messaged the emergency WhatsApp number, but nobody responded. Eventually, I found a neighbour who contacted a staff member, and someone finally arrived to help me check in. I would dread to think what would have happened if I had arrived late at night. The single room was small but clean and cosy, although the bed was very narrow. The neighbourhood felt quiet and safe, even for a woman travelling alone. It takes approximately 35 minutes to reach the city centre from the nearby tram stop and around 10 minutes to reach the airport, depending on whether you travel by bus, tram or train. Overall, it is a good hotel for a one-night stay. I would easily have given it four stars if it hadn’t been for the lack of communication and the failure to respond when I needed assistance.
