Arrived very late into the evening. Most pods were already full and lights were dim. It was dead silence, so I felt as though any move I made could be heard by others in their pods, as the walls are extremely thin. Pod was very comfortable, dark and included ear buds which were very helpful. Good for a quick one night stay alone.

Clean and wonderful staff. The door code lock was terrible getting into the hall my capsule was in. I was locked out but 24 hour attendant helped me. Capsule code was fine.

First and last rime in a capsule. Concept is food but space ia right and clostrophobic. Other guests arriving later and banging capsule door. No noise insulation. Also gets very hot in there. I would recommend the bottom capaule rather than the rop one. Bathrooms clean. Showers as well.

The outside was excellent. The direction s from the airport to this place took me through longer route which was outside the airport. When there was a more short and comfortable way from inside the airport. I booked an accessible room. It was dusty and mold mostly due to no one using it. Linen was very clean. Bathroom s too So much disturbance throughout the night. Next day i got a larger room for only 10% more about 1.5 km. It was very comfortable. This capsule is for those who wants to have a bath and space to sleep if there is gap in the flight. If you have 15 minutes each way more, other options are better.

I had no idea what to expect from a capsule hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The capsule itself is minimalist, but comfortable. Be prepared to keep quiet once you are in the space, you don't want to be rooting around in your luggage too much, and your suitcase will be stored under the capsule, not inside it. The common areas are gleaming, tidy, and comfortable. Music is piped in as you relax with a beverage, eat your food, work at your PC, or browse your phone. The hosts are delightful, very attentive, and the food options are more than adequate. All the shopping you could want is just a short way away, and check in for your flight is just across the drive. All in all, it was grand.

Despite signs everywhere about being quiet, many guests are loud early in the morning. Many people were also sleeping through their alarms. The pods have poor ventilation. The facilities are nice and clean and the staff is very helpful.

Capsules are clean and so convenient but the temperatures aren't controlled by you so it can get too hot or too cold and the noise is an unfortunate factor. During the busy times of people arriving and departing, you can hear everything so it's really difficult to sleep. Otherwise the facilities are nice, new and clean. Also keep in mind to bring slippers for the bath since the slippers they provide you aren't for getting wet.

Whoever designed the capsules never had to use them. Had to use my flashlight to find the light switch. It was at the far end of the room! Had to crawl across the bed to reach it. The light switch, electrical outlets and air vents were all placed on the shelf, instead of the wall where they belong, the very place you need for your stuff so it doesn't have clutter the bed. Bumped my head on the sharp corner of the little glass cupboard by the pillow. Come on Capsule Hotel, you can do better than that! Aside from the idiotically inconvenient design, I had a good stay.

Was ok and fulfilled my need to lie flat and sleep for a few hours. I was there late night, so had some quiet hours before anyone got up for morning flights. When they did, you can hear everything, even though everyone tried their best to be quiet. Bags zipping and unzipping slowly. Capsule does come with ear plugs, but I was afraid I would oversleep my alarm.

The capsule was like sleeping in an oven. Apparently the ventilation system in capsule #112 was not functioning properly overnight. Both vents on the shelf were NOT blocked. My little LLBean keychain thermometer read 80ºF at 3:30am. Temperature in the hallways was as expected - perhaps 68ºF? I was not comfortable leaving the sliding door open for more than a few minutes, to cool the capsule down, when I wanted to SLEEP. Sign in the hall stated "The air in the capsules is exchanged 22 times an hour." I slept from about 11:30pm to about 3am, and was awake the reminder of the night because was I hot and sweaty in #112. Rate the staff? Apparently there was no human staff at that hour to help solve problems.

For the price it is a great deal but I found that not enough air moves around in your capsule so next time I will bring along a small USB powered fan. Upon opening the capsule door in the morning the hallway was comfortable and much cooler than the sleeping capsule so hence a poor night's sleep.

I love the concept and was excited to stay the night before a very early flight. The heat and lack of ventilation inside the pod was almost unbearable however. The noise from adjacent pods is also too much. I feel bad leaving such a poor review because the staff were fantastic. Just not for me perhaps..

If you’re looking solely for convenience and location, this is the place for you. If you are looking for the comforts of a typical hotel, it is not. While the location on the airport property was perfect for our needs, the noise levels and temperature inside the capsules left much to be desired. This was the first…and last…time we will ever stay some place like this.

I had high expectations but they were not met. I’ll be honest and say I’ve never stayed in a capsule or hostel but in my view this was a glorified hostel. The people working there were friendly, it’s a few steps from check in 1 and it was clean. But this is where the positives end. I had poor quality sleep due to noise from nearby pods - and it’s the noise that is not blocked by ear plugs. In addition the capsule was very warm and it didn’t help. I was expecting the bathrooms to be within the room of the capsules, but you had to go outside. What is the purpose of female only capsule if I still have to fully dress to go out to use the bathroom? I’m sad I didn’t enjoy my stay and I doubt I’ll be returning unless I really have to.

I'd never stayed in a capsule hotel before, but the convenience of stepping off a late flight straight into a cosy bed sold it for me! I booked an upper pod, which was a little awkward to get into, especially for bringing essential items up. I'd advise choosing a lower bed, if available. The pod had a couple of ambient lighting options, electrical sockets for chargers, including usb-a, usb-c, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. I was worried that I might feel claustrophobic, but had no issues. Security was good, with codes on both main dorm and individual pod doors. All guests I interacted with were friendly and the entire hotel had a lovely, chilled and relaxing vibe...plus it was beautifully scented throughout! Bathrooms and communal areas were clean, welcoming and attractively decorated, and the bar/dining space was both cosy and a little quirky. Breakfast was delicious, with a simple but varied choice and, for the first time in ages, a decent hotel coffee! Staff were friendly, especially Julija who was amazingly smiley and helpful, answering any questions I had and making me and other guests feel totally relaxed. As previously mentioned, this hotel is a great option when arriving late or needing to depart early as it is essentially located within the airport (opp Check-in 1, I think). Overall a fabulous, welcoming, cosy and exceptionally convenient place to stay. I'd definitely stay again ( but probably choose a lower pod).

The signs from the main terminal are poor. The bed was comfy, but i wouldn't recommend an upper capsule for someone in their mud 60s, especiallywhen in remissionfrom Lymphomacancer, and strugglingwith breath, but apparentlythatvwas my fault for booking an upper bed, which is whst the receptionguy told me. Showers are good, ifva little small, thereforenot allowing you to get dressed after showering without banging into the walls.
