Great option for staying in Zurich's airport

The hotel is located right at the airport so that's very convenient. Important to note that you have to enter Switzerland and pass border (in case you're flying in from outside of Europe). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and well designed.

Had already stayed in the capsule hotel in Luzern, so knew what to expect, the difference was in Zurich there was staff 24 hours a day and they were amazing. Great value for money great location and meant had cash for adventures!

AMAZING STAY AND AMAZING STAFF

The staff is EXCELLENT!! I was there on the night of 6th august and the 2 receptionist I met were extremely nice and helpful. It made the stay very exceptional as you dont often find this service everywhere.

the location is really perfect and the whole hotel is very very conveniently done, but I still think that it is a bit overpriced for simply just 'a bed'. Moreover, I think it would be great to offer hourly rates in the hotel as some people just really want to lay down only for a few hours.

At the airport so really great location. Even though there were over 20 people in my room I was not so much aware of them. Great showers. You get a towel and earplugs wich is a plus.

Inside the airport. The best option for those who live far from the airport and have an early flight. Self checking and checkout. Structure to take a shower.

It was a bed. Probably marginally better than sleeping on the airport seats.

The comfort was dependent upon the courtersy of others. They were noisy and had little regard for others. not really something that I would recomend to anyone unless they were desperate.

a cheap hotel overnight airport stay

This is a niche product for people on a budget, only staying overnight for a pass through Zurich it suited me. it is really convenient for the airport and this is its best feature. A locked secure luggage room is provided. The room was good value for money, but if you consider they put 12 pods in the space of one conventional hotel room (an no ensuite), the cost should be 40-50 CHF not 85 as charged?!

The room is hard to find. If you are unfortunate enough to get an upstairs room this is difficult to access and no one with reduced mobility should even consider it!. You have to climb a VERTICAL ladder (so no stability) and enter a code, which is hard and you need 3 hands, one to press the code, one to hold on, and the other to hold your phone while you look at the numbers. Actually getting into the pod is an act of contortion to anyone at all large ( I am 1.83 m), the ceiling is barely 1m high. Even more difficult if you have any items in your hand. There is nowhere to put anything safely in the area, you can lock the cases, but they are still on show & you have to pay for the padlock!. The keypad locks (2 of them) are really awkward to use and I punched many incorrect codes. There was next to no AC on a very hot evening. Do not use this for business, I was returning so no matter, but there is nowhere you can dress properly and ensure you are presentable.

One of my best sleep ever

Perfect for night staying when u have an early flight or long layover. I had an upper bed, a very comfortable, clean place, but to get up, u need a little bit of strength in your arms.. Luggage is possible to lock under beds, same as shoes. Nice lighting. Possibility to lock your place when u go for drink,food, or bathroom. Nice clean bathroom. I'm using smart watch to track my sleep, and this was the first time in 3 years when my watch wrote me my sleep was excellent eveni woke up 3 times due to feeling warm. I really recommend this place. Towel included.

If other people are noisy, you'll hear them as these walls aren't soundproof. But you get on your pillow earplugs. But warmer and i didn't find how to cool the room down. It's the size of one bigger bed, so u can't please there your belongings, but the backpack was OK for me, so it isn't negative or positive.

Great for a stay near airport

Very close to the airport, literally across the road. My capsule was very easy to access with app on my phone. Excellent facilities in the bathroom in which toiletries are provided. Nice hot showers!

Unfortunately on my 1st night the person who was staying in the bunk above me was very noisy and would bang the doors several times through the night, 2nd night was better but did get woken up by people arriving and making a lot of noise. They do provide ear plugs but they didn’t make much difference. I would suggest if it’s just a one night stay for a late arrival then it’s great but anymore I wouldn’t return.

Location was incredible especially for people flying out the next day. The capsules are very spacious and quite comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful.

The sound proofing of the capsules was not the greatest 😅. I got stuck with some loud sleepers above me that kept me awake for a few hours longer than I would’ve liked. Also I was a little concerned with the luggage storage. The security was a small cable to tie off luggage to and store under the beds.

Clean, comfortable, had everything I needed. Felt very safe and secure inside my pod, and the airport location was perfect. Everything was clean and even though the bathrooms were shared, it did not feel like other hostels. It appears to be very regularly cleaned. Very basic gym. Was nice to be able to work out a little and stretch my body after nearly 20 hours of flying in economy.

Zurich is always going to be an expensive place, especially at the airport, but it does feel a bit rough to be in what is basically a hostel dorm with shared bathroom at that price. I have stayed in the city centre with a private bathroom for only slightly more a couple of years ago. Would like to suggest a full size mirror is installed in the gym, and some additional pieces of equipment such as an exercise bike. Due to the draught, the doors of the male & female bathrooms kept pushing open into the gym, and I felt a bit odd that males may feel like i (a female) was intruding into their bathroom space visually and vice versa. Maybe some better door latches in this area would be of benefit.

Worth it for the price

It was a very nice place, super clean and the staff were so friendly, great access to the train station which made it super easy to commute to the city centre. Also amazing showers!!!

If you happen to be on an upper level bed, they are very hard to get into, the stairs are completely vertical making it quite difficult it get up gracefully, the pods were quite cramped and I would recommend if you are a women? Staying in the women’s only pod, I found it much quieter than the mixed one.

It was my very first time sleeping in this kind of facility and it was good. Friendly and helpful staff, that is the most important thing for me, and they were great. Fast internet. Bathroom is equipped with floor towels and hairdryers. Appreciated those ear plugs prepared in the capsule.

The noise cancellation should be definitely improved, especially the entrance door. Also, capsules should be better fixed for noise, as I could always hear when somebody came and closed their capsule despite sleeping with ear plugs (but those helped a lot).

I love the concept and the convenience overall

So convenient that you dont have to leave the airport, directional signage were clear so it was so easy to find. Lift takes tou directly to the main entrance and the vibes is so cool and clean.

I get that its a shared room with a bit more privacy than hostels, but its not sound-proof.. i was very cautions not to make noise when i entered since there were people sleeping, but its not always the same with lther guests. Some are unintentionally loud.
