The room is small and minimalist. However, it is spotless clean. Really clean.i would highly recommend. Very good price as well. But most importantly: it is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. :)

Wonderful room, clean and comfortable. We all loved the breakfast options. Airport location was hard to beat, and next to tram stop. Tv in room was decent. Toilet & shower weren’t what we were used to but they were no problem for us— and we read reviews on them before booking.

Had overnight layover and needed a place for the night. Check-in was easy and staff friendly. We walked from the airport, took about 25 minutes. The tram does go from the airport to the hotel (directly across the street). If you are American the breakfast won't be the greatest. But there is a nice selection of food. Rooms are very small. There is little to no privacy if you are sharing room. There is a small fee once you get the hotel for tourist tax or something. About $7-9 USD.

They also give you a coupon for Just Eats which we used so we could relax and eat in our room before our flight the next day. The rooms were clean, small but perfect for one night stay. The staff was great, very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

It would have been nice for a run down of the facilities. Everything seemed like a process that could have been avoided upon telling me when breakfast was, if it was included, where to pay for parking etc. The staff didn't seem very happy or inviting at the desk (in comparison to all of my other accommodations)

The room was comfortable but nothing great. Too small for 2 people forget 3. Its convenient for easy transportation to the airport. Has vending machines and breakfast option. Just wish the room was bigger with a fully loaded bathroom.

No a great experience unfortunately. We were woken in the early hours by people being load in the middle patio area which our room was above ( the noise was heard through a close window). When i contacted Ibis they really couldnt give a damn that it had really upset my son and practically ruined our last day due to being so tired as the noise went on for hours with no staff being bothered to approach the people making the noise. I have no issue with people having a chat and fun but at 2am , 3am and 4am in the morning its ridiculous! Definitely wouldn't recommend

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When I tried to refill my water bottle with the free water in the lobby, one of the male staff members was walking around talking loudly in their native language. My husband politely asked what the problem was since we couldn't understand what the man was saying, but it was clear he was upset. Then, a female staff member told us that guests were not supposed to refill their water bottles. My husband politely explained that we didn't know this, but she responded with a rude attitude. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since we were just trying to use a basic amenity. Overall, this left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning or recommending this hotel. They could have approached us in a more courteous way and spoken in English instead of their language. Staff are not professional at all.

Pros : Close to Zurich airport, Tram at the hotel door step, Pricing, Cleanliness Cons : No proper air conditioner, was not able to sleep in the night due to high temperature. Staff advised me to open the window, but then outside noise was high. I requested for table fan, but they were not having it. Bathroom was leaking. No privacy - latches to toilet & bathroom door. No exhaust fan in the toilet.

VERY small rooms. No where to put anything. Shower in main area with glass door so no privacy to shower. Toilet area had no light and no lock. Super noisy in hallways. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Breakfast very overpriced.

This hotel was not on the airport property as the name would imply, though it was a short train ride away. Since the air condition for the room would not turn on if the room was below 25C, we had to open the room window at night to get some fresh, cool air. Big mistake as the roaring of the airplanes woke us up. There was also no privacy curtain in the room although the shower was in the same room as the 3 person bunk bed.

Really great location but there was a lack of amenities in room eg half a toilet roll so I had to go to reception for some more. Floor outside room was full of white stuff no clue what so I had to ask reception to clean it up, couldn't open shutters on windows so no fresh air. Check in and check out staff excellent and I dropped some books off at the book swap! Brilliant location for city centre and for airport though,

We reserved 2 room, one for 3 people and another for two. Both rooms were the same and different price no safe nor refrigerator. I would not recommend the room for 3 people as they are really small, one bed and a bunk bed, which is not easy to climb for an adult.
