Friendly staff and easy check in/out. Convenient parking. Clean room. Very comfortable room set up for 3 people. The only complaint is the pillows are not very good. Very convenient to getting to the airport.

The hotel was nice and clean, however, the app they use to check in on line did not work. I could not get a key assigned. But when we arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, they accommodated us. The breakfast cost is 18 Swiss francs, which is a bit expensive and you have to cook your own eggs. There is no ice available. Other than that, the stay was adequate for one or two nights

Hotel was nice, check in no problem. Room was a really nice size twin room with the WC and shower in two separate rooms which was great. But the onsite restaurant had closed down and apart from a continental buffet there wasn’t any food available All the local supermarkets closed at 8pm too.

We chose to stay at Welcome Inn the night before our flight. Loved it. The front desk upgraded us to a better room. Plus it was located in cool neighborhood with plenty of grocery stores, a little square, and restaurants. And it was only 10 mins from the airport by bus. All in all, highly recommend.

We arrived early and was give a nice room at the top with a big rooftop lookout. While a modest hotel, it met all our needs. A triple room with the third bed having a private room. Was most pleasant. Grace sawn.

Nice property near the airport and very close to Kloten train stop. Super easy to take the train to downtown Zurich. A mini fridge would be nice. There’s a Coop grocery store across the street which was handy to get milk for our cereal. Very quiet area.

The check in process was easy even after hours. The staff members were helpful as I have informed them that I would be arriving late. The reception closes at 8PM, but even when we arrived after hours the process was easy to follow and we got into our room without issues.
