We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. Great lobby. The room was new and clean. The one swinging door serving both the bathroom and shower was clever but did not afford a lot of privacy sound-wise. Regarding check-in, I prefer having a person check me in and not a self-serve kiosk. We switched from the kiosk to the staff member at the front desk after trying the kiosk but it was taking too long.

Very impersonal. On check in, although there was a staff member on site they asked me to check in via kiosk in lobby Very inconvenient as they already had all my booking information but I had to input it all again including all personal information for both my husband and I Including passport info. Booked a taxi with a staff for taxi to airport for the following morning. The next morning went and double-checked that taxi was booked and they had not written it down so taxi had to be rebooked. All turned out well but again a very impersonal experience.

Close to the airport, and quiet. The hotels in the direct vicinity of ZRH are more expensive, so this location is a good alternative. Taking a train into the center of Zürich is very quick, as there is a stop a block away.

It was ok. Had to change rooms because the air was not working right in the first room. Wouldn't have gigged this because they did give us a new room but the manager on duty was a bit snarky about it

The only complaint I have is about the construction going on beside the hotel which started very early in the morning and was very loud. The rooms were pretty soundproof (not fully) but it meant we couldn’t open the window. Not really the hotel’s fault but something to note.
