I had a really good stay at Capsule Hotel Alpine Garden. Annette was very approachable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The whole place was impressively clean, organized, and surprisingly spacious for a capsule hotel. The capsule itself was comfortable and gave a nice sense of privacy. The location was also excellent — very convenient and easy to access, especially for travelers. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Price-wise – it’s just how Switzerland is.
However other than that, it’s the perfect place to stay especially if you have to catch the plane.
It is easy to navigate, very short walk from the airport. Once you enter the building, you’ll be greeted by a cozy snack bar/dining area, that’s lively (but not noisy) even late at night. So as a solo female traveller, you’d feel extra safe. The staff is warm and helpful. There are multiple seating styles; lounge chairs, long table & benches, a tiered seating area which I find very interesting and fun. There are light breakfast and snacks to buy, but I’m not too sure if there’s heavy meals being sold as well.
The pod itself is a good space, not too small and I had a comfortable sleep. No noise from the outside, although I did take some time to get use to the ventilation sound. You have some space underneath the capsule structure to put your luggage. It fits my 25kg luggage. Unsure if there are any lockers.
The shower area is quite spacious as well, lots of stalls. It’s generally clean, but sometimes you can see used towels on the floor beside the basket if it’s already full. Probably just due for cleaning. Really nothing to complain about!
If I’ll ever have an early flight to catch, I’d definitely stay here again!
