Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close to airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff provided upgrade and complementary drink.

The food is not great at all !!! They must also allow us to buy the shuttle ticket for the whole week instead of being required to buy one for every trip. It’s such an inconvenience.

Customer service was brilliant asian gentlemen called George check me in that day he was so brilliant cant find any fault in the service he delivered. Its sad that we can only rate maximum upto 5* but his service deserves more than that .

Perfect for an overnight stay close to airport.
Clean, good facilities and right near the airport. Bed and pillows were comfortable and gym was adequate for a quick post flight workout. We were only in Zurich for one day in transit but we were able to get into the city easily for a look around via the train which was a short walk away. Breakfast was a highlight.
